The Tomb’s Magnificent Architecture and Treasures
Amenhotep III’s tomb represents one of the largest burial chambers in the Valley of Kings, featuring a 36-meter-long, 14-meter-deep descending passageway that leads to three interconnected chambers. The main burial chamber housed the pharaoh himself, while two additional chambers were designated for his wives, Queens Tiye and Sitamun.
