ICYMI| You could say Biden’s useless Vice President, Kamala Harris, snapped when radio personality Charlamagne “Tha God,” asked her who the real president was. Charlamagne’s question was sparked by Biden’s seemingly powerless position against fellow Democrat Joe Manchin.
It was funny to watch because Kamala was able to hear the liberal host perfectly until he dropped that bomber on her. Then, all of a sudden, they had ‘technical difficulties:
“She can hear me,” Charlamagne said after a brief back-and-forth, later adding, “They’re acting like they can’t hear me.”
“I can hear you,” Harris responded. “I can hear you.”
“So who’s the real president of this country?” he asked. “Is it Joe Manchin or Joe Biden, Madam Vice President?”
“Come on, Charlamagne. Come on,” she responded. “It’s Joe Biden.”
“I really — I can’t tell sometimes,” he responded.
“No, no, no, no, no, no, no. No. It’s Joe Biden,” Harris erupted. “And don’t start talking like a Republican about asking whether or not he’s president. And it’s Joe Biden, it’s Joe Biden, and it’s Joe Biden. And I’m vice president and my name is Kamala Harris.”

CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: Who’s the superhero that’s gonna speak against Joe Manchin though? I want to know who the real president of this country is. Is it Joe Biden or Joe Manchin?
SYMONE SANDERS, HARRIS AIDE: I’m sorry. [Inaudible]. It’s Symone. I’m so sorry, Charlamagne. We have to wrap.
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: She can hear me.
SANDERS: Can you hear him? Can you hear me now?
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: Can you hear me, Madam Vice President?
SANDERS: Ok, well I’m sorry. We got to wrap. I’m sorry to interrupt.
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: They’re acting like they can’t hear me.
KAMALA HARRIS, VICE PRESIDENT: I can hear you. I can hear you.
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: So who’s the real president of this country? Is it Joe Manchin or Joe Biden, Madam Vice President?
HARRIS: Come on, Charlamagne. Come on. It’s Joe Biden.
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: I really — I can’t tell sometimes.

CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: Do you think Joe Manchin is a problem?
HARRIS: And it’s Joe Biden, it’s Joe Biden, and it’s Joe Biden. And I’m vice president and my name is Kamala Harris. And the reality is because we are in office, we do the things like the Child Tax Credit, which is going to reduce black child poverty by 50%, on track to do that. We do things that are about saying that our Department of Justice is going to do these investigations, and require that we end chokeholds and have body cameras. It is the work of saying we’re going to get lead out of pipes and paint, because our babies are suffering because of that. It is the work of saying people who ride public transit deserve the same kind of dignity that anybody else does. So let’s improve that system. It is the work of saying that we have got to bring down prescription drug costs because folks who have diabetes should not be dying because they don’t have enough money in their pocket. It’s about saying black maternal mortality is a real issue that must be treated by everybody, including the White House, as a serious issue. I hear the frustration, but let’s not deny the impact that we’ve had. And agree also that there is a whole lot more work to be done. And it is not easy to do. But we will not give up and I will not give up.
