Vanna Whiteโs wheels were spinning when it came to this phrase.
After posting a video with her son, Nikko, 30, in December, the internet deemed Whiteโs eldest child a โthirst trap.โ A term the โWheel of Fortuneโ co-host, 67, wasnโt accustomed to.
โI recently posted a video of me and my son, Nikko, cooking and it got a lot of response,โ White told hostย Ryan Seacrestย on the Thursdayโs episodeย of the game show.
โI donโt get,โ she added.
Luckily, Seacrest stepped in to help White out.
โThe kids are calling Nikko a thirst trap,โ Seacrest, 50, explained. โApparently, that was a very tight [top]. He went to the Baby Gap to buy that shirt. It was very tight and they found him strikingly good-looking and no one knows what you cooked.โ
Although White was slightly puzzled about her son being dubbed a โthirst trap,โ she did enjoy their time in the kitchen together.
โWe cooked Uncle Royโs Chicken,โ she shared.
Seacrest thanked Uncle Roy for the recipe and Nikko โfor that tight shirt.โ
โIโm going to post another video today,โ White said before doing just that.
Late that day, the mom of two, who also shares daughter Gigi, 27, with ex-husband George Santo Pietro, shared footage of the mother-son duo cooking parsnip soup.
โWeโre back with another recipe,โ White captioned herย Instagram video. โWhether youโre a parsnip lover or have never tried them before, we have the perfect soup for you to make at home!โ
Nikko replied, โCanโt go wrong with a simple dish.โ
Fans flocked to the comments section once more to give their stamp of approval.
โLove seeing the two of you!!!!โ one follower wrote while a second user chimed in, โThe two best chefs.โ
Nikko, meanwhile, called the attention โflatteringโ back in December.
โObviously I had an outpour from her fans just really being kind and saying all kinds of interesting stuff in the comments,โ the real estate agent toldย Entertainment Tonight at the time. โIโve always loved being in front of the camera, and I work really hard on my social media thatโs a big part of what I do, so it feels natural and good.โ
However, Nikko isnโt letting all the online chatter go to his head.
โPeople see me as this heartthrob and theyโre thirsty for me and all this stuff,โ he explained. โI love it all, but at the same time, itโs really good to remember the meaningful things in life and just kind of dial it back, doing a lot of charity work, working hard every day.โ
โThatโs what it is to me,โ Nikko added. โMaking an impact.โ
