Cars especially have notoriously small areas that aren’t always easy to clean on your own, but this vacuum really did the trick for the truck and under the seats of my Prius. Not only that, it works great around the house for dusting and vacuuming, especially on vents. If you’re like me and haven’t had the easiest time finding a handheld vacuum that really does it for you, keep reading. I’m sharing everything I love about this one and why I think it might be a worthy option for your lineup.
Like I mentioned previously, it isn’t always easy finding a good handheld vacuum that works everywhere — from those hard-to-reach areas in my home to the crevices of my car. I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I picked up this option from Target. I figured it could just be something good to have for quick clean-ups or when my desk needs a quick dust-off. I ended up being pleasantly surprised by how well it worked for just $32.
What I love the most about this vacuum is that it’s a vacuum and air blower in one and the fact that it’s cordless. It comes with multiple attachments: Two air duster tips and two other dust and crevice tools. The air blower feature and these attachments are great for dusting off my work desk (which is near the window and can bring in a lot of dust). And, because it’s a two-in-one product, I can then use it as a vacuum to suck up any debris. If your vents also tend to get dusty, this is the perfect tool to clear them out. I’ve always found vents tough to clean, but a quick dust and suction with this solves that problem in a jiff.
This also makes it perfect for use in my car. I’d used a handheld vacuum in the interior of my car before, but was massively underwhelmed by the results. It didn’t manage to get much off the mats in the back or front seats, but this one really surprised me the first time I gave it a spin. It got rid of most small particles on my mats and even worked well to clean out my trunk. The narrow nozzle also allows it to get into tight spaces a lot easier than some other handheld vacuums making it perfect for between seats and underneath them. While I wouldn’t say it completely matches the level of getting your car detailed, it’s pretty great for weekly or monthly maintenance in between. It has enough suction to really get smaller particles, unlike some other small vacuums I’ve used.
The only con to this handy little tool is that the battery isn’t very long-lasting. It only offers up to 15 or 20 minutes of use on a charge, but at just $32, I’d say it’s a great option for quick clean-ups, tight spaces, your car, and smaller surface areas of your home. I mostly use it to clean under and on my desk, in my car, under my bed (basically any notoriously hard to reach areas), and around my entertainment center. It’s also really lightweight and compact so it fits well into drawers or can even fit in your glove compartment if you’d just like to use it as a car vacuum.
Bottom line: It’s versatile, has pretty strong suction, can reach notoriously small places, and costs a fraction of what most other vacuums cost. In my mind, it’s definitely worth the investment.
