I have suffered from neck pain for MANY years, and have tried MANY pillows. After 3 months, and occasionally sleeping on other pillows during that time, I can honestly say that this has been the best for relieving my neck pain. It took me several nights to get this where I needed it. I assumed, because I like marshmallow soft squishy pillows, that I wouldn’t want all of the stuffing it came with. I was wrong. I used every bit of the extra bag it came with. I do use a queen pillow case in it, but also order the cooling cover, which gets super cold! I can feel it through the pillow case.
I am predominately a side sleeper, but even when I lay on my back, it feels good. On my side, the curve places the pillow in a good location for my head, neck and even shoulder. Something about the pillow resting against my should blade feels great. Recently I tried a pillow that my friend and her husband raved about. During the night, my neck was achy and uncomfortable so I tossed it aside and got my Coop. When we went camping, and I didn’t have it, pain. Regret. When I went out of town and used the provided pillow, pain. Regret. My ONLY issue or want from this pillow is that I truly love a good marshmallow soft pillow that usually comes from memory foam.
