SCIENCE & TECH: The Ninja Creami hits a record-low price for Black Friday – but they’re selling out fast

Black Friday is the best time to get those appliances you really want but don’t really need, and one such indulgent fantasy for many is the ever-popular Ninja Creami. Right now, it’s at a record-low price in both the US and the UK, though there’s a small catch.

As part of the Black Friday deals, Ninja and its sister-brand Shark offer some fantastic savings on a range of best-selling appliances, and the Ninja Creami is no stranger to the discount treatment. In the UK, the base model Ninja Creami on sale at its lowest-ever price of £119 at Amazon (was £199) for Black Friday, while the US offers a more moderate 22% off discount, now $179 (was $229).

There’s a record-low for US shoppers too, though; if soft-serve is more your bag, then buckle in, because the Ninja Creami Scoop and Swirl is also on sale for $279 (was $349) at Amazon US, or you can score it for £273 (was £349) at Amazon UK.

Best Ninja Creami deal today – US

Both the Ninja Creami and the Ninja Swirl are fantastic appliances in their own right, and with these huge savings you’ll have doubly guilt-free ice cream at home in no time. Plus, there’s a whole range of Ninja Black Friday deals floating around, so you could even get a matching set off new kitchenware.

I have three top tips for new owners, though. First off, you’ll need to freeze your ingredients overnight in the provided jug, so don’t expect ice cream right out of the box. Secondly, most freezers will invariably freeze the contents rock-solid, so it’s worth letting the jug defrost for a few hours in the fridge before attempting to blend. Finally, always ensure to mush down your ingredients as much as possible; the Ninja Creami is not a blender, so whole fruits frozen solid will offer a different texture.
