SCIENCE & TECH: Home Depot’s spring sale has arrived — these are the backyard and home upgrades I’m buying

Depending on where you live in the country (I’m lucky to be in middle America, where the weather is already warming up), spring is on the horizon, which means it’s time to head to Home Depot.
