Border Czar Commits to Immediate Drawdown of 700 Agents in Minneapolis
Border Czar Tom Homan tells reporters that 700 ICE officers and Border Patrol agents will withdraw from Minneapolis effective immediately. He says the move comes in response to new “unprecedented collaboration” from local law enforcement. Later in the press conference when asked whether the administration would end citizenship checks, roving patrols and other tactics that have drawn protests, Homan would only say that he has directed “targeted enforcement operations for now!
