Trump to leave G7 early, White House says citing situation in Middle East
President Donald Trump is leaving the G7 summit in Canada early βso he can attend to many important matters,β White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Monday evening.
βPresident Trump had a great day at the G7, even signing a major trade deal with the United Kingdom and Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Much was accomplished, but because of whatβs going on in the Middle East, President Trump will be leaving tonight after dinner with Heads of State,β Leavitt posted on X.
The schedule change will cancel Trumpβs planned bilateral meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum. He also will also not attend a press conference on Tuesday.
The announcement came after Trump posted a warning on social media warning βeveryone should immediately evacuate Tehran.β
I guess weβll learn soon what this is about
(Breitbart) President Donald Trump rejected the G7βs proposed statement on Iran because it called for monitoring of Iranβs nuclear activities, rather than an outright halt to Iranβs program of nuclear enrichment.
The Trump administration has been demanding that Iran halt all uranium enrichment, since enrichment past a certain level has no purpose other than developing the unique isotope necessary for nuclear weapons.
Good. Of course, the Democrats, who worked hard to force WWIII via the Ukraine-Russia war, are suddenly upset
If Trump decides to attack Iran, it wonβt be in a half-hearted, police action styled attack.
