Jenna Ellis: If this election and all of the scams is not fixed by January sixth, this will have been a failure not of the Trump legal group, not of the failure of proof of the Supreme Court, the Judicial branch, the whole method down. And, Grant it will be generally a failure of the state legislatures… Bush v. Gore is precedent here on electoral difficulties and they require to acknowledge that President Trump definitely gets the exact same chance to argue his case that President George W.
