Barr was appointed by and work with Bush… ergo, he is a piece of 💩 and a coward! The narrative is that he was to serve the President… NO! He is to enforce our laws and he didn't do that! Period!
With all due respect Sir. AG is the head of top law enforcement agency called DOJ and he is to be apponted and answerable to the top CEO of Executive branch, as any other head of executive agency. If his CEO tells him to follow and execute the law, like investigate fraud allegations, he either does it or gets fired. As long as CEO is not asking AG to do anything illegal, its AG's job to do. Asking AG to investigate Biden crime family, Obama's first coup attempt, or voter fraud with plenty of probable cause is nothing illegal.
All this "Independent Agency" mish mash is a bunch of liberal code for "libetal, rogue, resistant, non-compliant". We see it in DOJ, courts, FCC, FBI, and any other agency. Interestingly, it only works that way, when its applied to a conservative agenda. When its liberal agenda, all this "independence" talk is out of the window.
Dershowitz is a legal elitist. Our constitution has a unitary executive in the presidency: there is one officer, accountable to the people and the House for the conduct of the rntire executive branch and all federal law enforcement. Once you create an "independent" enforcer, THAT person gains power OVER the elected President and over his or her appointees.
If you have power to investigate the top guy, you become the top guy.
The Bar (and law professors such as Dershiwitz and Tribe) would like to dictate to the government with no accountability to the people.

In Michigan the Republican electors were not allowed to go to the state capital (only Democrats were allowed in) to cast their votes for the electoral college on Monday, December 14th, Gov.Gretchen Whitmer had the state police they're not allowing them in to the Capitol building. So, all 16 Electoral College votes went to Biden, more fraud. They claimed covid restrictiond…We had our state Attorney General, Dana Nessel, threatening jail time for our legislature.. And we had our Secretary of State Jacylin Benson demanding that all of the data be erase from the machines as it was more than 7 days since the election… They wanted to leave no trace of this fraud… Here in Michigan we had our own deep state coup going on.
Bottom line, until Barr kicked Trump's boots he was beloved, as soon as he spoke the TRUTH, he got thrown under the bus like many others 🤣
