  7. As in all the RECENT voting problems, it shows, Repeatally, that the Voter Registars are:

    a. Either Corrupt.
    b. Incompetent.
    c. BOTH.

    I would offer only ONE Question:

    What PARTY AFFILIATION, presides in the governing body over Voters ?

    To the best of my recollection, I do not recall any "Corrupt" Conservative's being charge with Mis-Use, or not abiding by State Voter Laws.

    On the Liberal side, I see over and over, the illegal constructs being invstigated, PROVEN, and arrests made.

    I am NOT saying the there are no dis-honest Republicans, I am speaking of CONSERVATIVE politicians, ONLY!

  9. We are watching what happens when people stop believing that God will judge them at the end of their lives. People simply do what they think they can get away with. This leads to a low trust culture. There seems to be no way to come back from this, not without a complete societal collapse, followed by a rebuilding of a new society.

  10. The argument by the VA SC holds no water when compared to other legal precedence. The IRS can still audit you, even if they accepted your tax paperwork from previous years. A cop can still ticket or arrest you for speeding, even if previous cops chose not to do so (warning, chance a bigger danger, asleep on the job). If it is the law, then it is legal to enforce it when the violation is detected.

    Of course, this leads to the outcry regarding selective enforcement. That is why laws are written regarding DOING an action. Selective Enforcement of NOT doing something becomes a logical fallacy. If you are punished FOR doing something that is not illegal, you can take it to court to have it expunged and restitution made. If you are punished for doing something that is illegal, that is why law enforcement exists. If you are not punished for doing something that is not illegal, yeah! If you are not punished for doing something illegal, that is an enforcement error and should result in Two groups being sent to court (the ones that committed the crime, and the people who chose to illegally be selective).

    If the state law outlines what should be on voting submissions, than these individuals are guilty of submitting improperly filled out voting records or ballots. The punishment? They get notified that the ballot does not count and what must be done to be in compliance again. Repeat with each ballot cast until they correct it or die.

  12. If people don't provide the correct information to be able to vote, then it shouldn't be counted. The supreme court has not done their job. They supposed to correct the wrong but decided not to do that. It's most likely political. In the end, the court made sure to steal an election from the honest winner. If voters don't follow directions, it's the voters fault, not the person running for an election. This is what Democrats do in many states, VOTER FRAUD, this is not a conspiracy either. They keep old voter roles and see if they're being used. If not, they use them.

  16. So the court is ordering willful violation of State election laws?? This is just more of that two tiered justice system that is destroying the Republic.. By law they are to try and contact the voter and cure aka correct the ballots.. Odds are that a lot of these ballots are bogus so lets just ignore that and count them???????? In my State Ohio this shit just is not happening and if someone tries they would get slapped silly by the Ohio Supreme court..

  19. IMHO, the ruling that technically ineligible votes WILL be counted since the vote counters failed to properly vet the votes is total B.S.
    If the votes are ineligible, they're INELIGIBLE…that's it!
    If a vote is ineligible, it's still incumbent on the voter to male it ELIGIBLE.
    The fact that the ineligible vote was overlooked should be a secondary and not primary concern.

  21. The state elections board members need to do their jobs and enforce the laws. The voters, on the other hand, need to meet the requirements to legally have their votes counted. No one gets disenfranchised if they have a chance to amend whatever is wrong either. They shouldn't count ANY of these ballots! Count the ones that get fixed, then don't your overall recount.

  24. If you ask me, it's just some bull shit. Now correct me if I am wrong here, but aren't the judges supposed to enforce the laws?

    I agree that the election board is at fault for allowing the votes to be cast. However, the voters must follow the law. It is not the boards fault the voters did not follow the law and supply the proper documents for eligibility. This whole passing the buck and shifting the voters personal responsibility to make sure they filled everything out correctly and are actually eligible to cast a vote.

    If someone cast a vote in any state or federal election they are not eligible to vote in is a violation and in some cases a crime. The law was set, the voter failed to follow the law, the voter forfeit their vote. The election board failed to follow the law, the board forfeit their position and need to be tried on election crimes.

    If the law set the standard, the standard must be followed. It really is that simple.

  29. I think it’s the duty of SCOTUS’s duty to enforce the States’ fail to abide by their own State Constitutions. It should be especially applied in the terms of elections, state or federal.

  31. Sounds like we have some Judges on the Supreme Court Bench that need to be Impeached… My Vote was disenfranchised when they allowed Illegal Votes to be Counted.. And, sounds like we need some NC Election Officials to be given Dog Catcher Jobs and NEVER allowed to participate in Elections again…
    I think I heard you correctly, the 60k voters don't have to fix their problem,, so, we have this same problem again???? PSYCHO!!!
    Now, we need to Investigate the Judges… Took us Passing Voter ID 2 times and Still took YEARS for the Requirement to make it mandatory..

    WE voted Solidly for Trump, but, Voted in a Democrat Governor???? WE need Paper Ballots and Hand Counting in Public VIEW,,, REALLY BAD!!!!
    And, we will disinfect our State of Rouge Democrats !!!!
