White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke to reporters outside the White House about President #Trump’s schedule for the day, including a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin #Netanyahu. Leavitt praised Trump and Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff’s plan for peace in Gaza and a return of Israeli hostages. She also detalied continuing efforts to avoid a government shutdown only 38 hours away. Leavitt called for Democratic lawmakers to support Republicans’ “clean” continuing resolution to fund the government through November 30t
