Because of NJ policies energy costs are skyrocketing, they have tripled and people are finding it hard to make ends meet. The [CB] economics are trapped in their own narrative, if doesn’t align with the [CB] it’s doom and gloom. First calls to abolish the IRS, now Reuters reports Fed structure in flux, the writing is on the wall. The [DS] is panicking, they know that Trump and team are not hunting them down. The [DS] hacked the Fed Court system to find out information of who was indicted. The [DS] will fight back as more information comes out against them. Trump has invoked rule 740 to shutdown the criminal enterprise in DC. Plus this will win the people over. He is now setting the stage to protect DC against the riots either during or after the midterms. The [DS] is losing power every step of the way.

Economy

Supply Constraints and Grid Issues

  • Several power plants (including coal and nuclear) have retired in recent years due to decarbonization policies, reducing in-state generation capacity.  New Jersey now imports more power, making it reliant on PJM’s market, where prices are volatile.
  • Delays in PJM’s interconnection queue have stalled 143 gigawatts of new projects (mostly renewables like solar and wind), creating a bottleneck.  Reliance on natural gas, which can be expensive and unreliable during extreme weather, has also driven up costs.
  • Offshore wind projects, part of the state’s clean energy push, have faced setbacks and higher costs, contributing to the supply-demand mismatch.

Political and Policy Context

Fed structure may be in flux, not just rates

  • For one, Miran, who has written about re-ordering the Fed voting system and appointment process and binding the central bank more closely to government thinking, still has to be confirmed by the Senate.
  • While that process may be expedited, because he was already confirmed as a White House official, he would ostensibly only hold the post until Kugler’s term formally ends in January. He would also only get one vote under the current system, and Trump has yet to name his pick to replace Chair Jerome Powell next May.
  • But most Fed watchers think Miran is likely to be confirmed for the full board term eventually, even if he’s not considered a candidate for the top job.
  • For some critics, Trump’s dramatic embrace of digital assets, crypto tokens and stablecoins is already an indication of a very real direction of travel that could transform the monetary world and banking system.

  •   the treasury secretary, Scott Bessent; the commerce secretary, Howard Lutnick; and the federal housing finance director, William Pulte, about doing so.” “He added: “Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are doing very well, throwing off a lot of CASH, and the time would seem to be right. Stay tuned!” “These two companies are the backbone of the US housing market. Together they support about 70% of US mortgages. Fannie and Freddie, which operate as for-profit corporations with private shareholders, were created by the US Congress to expand the national home lending market by buying home loans from private lenders and repackaging them as mortgage-backed securities.”
  • Trump announced this plan a few months ago and yesterday, Trump posted a meme of him at the NYSE dated “November 2025” with the “new IPO” named “The Great American Mortgage Corporation.” Everything Trump does is strategic. Can you see everything aligning? The real estate market, both commercial and residential, is really struggling with the high interest rates set by the FED. It is no coincidence that Trump and everyone in his administration are criticizing Jerome Powell for not cutting interest rates. It is the one thing holding back the economy from really taking off to the upside. But is this all part of a strategic plan that is being timed?
  • Trump rolled the FED into the Treasury back during the Covid crisis using his Emergency Powers. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is now Powell’s boss, which is why Bessent recently called for a full review of the FED and whether it is fulfilling its mission. Trump could FORCE the FED to lower rates. Why hasn’t he done it? Is everything being timed for this coming November IPO of “The Great American Mortgage Company?” Is Powell going to cut interest rates soon in order to create a new boom in the real estate market right before this IPO? That would bring the value of this IPO much higher than expected and bring a lot of money into the Treasury. And what’s Trump’s long term goal? Having the government involved in mortgages, distorts the true market and increases the risk banks are willing to make because they are backed up by the taxpayers.
  • We saw that in 2008 when the entire real estate market imploded and Fannie and Freddie were taken over by the government. What was meant to be a quasi-private entity to backstop the real estate market, got turned into a big bailout of crooked banks. It’s time for government control to end. Is that Trump’s plan? What if Trump is trying to take full government control away from the real estate market altogether? How do you give the power back to the people over the real estate market and prevent full government AND bank control? What if Trump is setting up a mortgage company that “competes” with the banks by giving the American people a low fee, low interest rate mortgage? A mortgage company that isn’t fully controlled by the banks or the government? What if the goal is to create affordable mortgages and also eliminate property taxes? I think Trump ALREADY knows what’s coming.
  • What is it? The greatest real estate boom in world history. Can you imagine what the real estate market would look like if interest rates were close to zero? If fees were really low? If the banks had to compete with not just “The Great American Mortgage Corporation” but also many other lenders through “decentralized financing?” If everything was on a blockchain ledger and the people were in control? What if property taxes were eliminated? What about when we ditch the fiat dollar and return to a gold backed dollar? Purchasing power back to the people. Housing is suddenly going to become affordable for almost anyone. Possible??

Political/Rights

Thinking she just owned Trump, Levis asked the White House for comment, hoping they would be triggered or too embarrassed to respond.

In a subsequent X post, White House Deputy Press Secretary Abigail Jackson explained that sometimes a request is so stupid that it only dignifies a meme response.

Last Line Of Defense: USA Intervenes Against EU Digital Surveillance

  • U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has launched a lobbying campaign against the EU’s Digital Services Act. With this step, Americans have become the last line of defense for the free speech rights of EU citizens.
  •  Brussels’s fight against free expression in the digital sphere has revealed the true intentions of the von der Leyen Commission: the recovery of narrative dominance and control over political dissidence—achieved by cold-bloodedly sacrificing citizens’ fundamental freedoms.
  • U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance already issued multiple warnings in the spring about a European censorship empire. In a speech in the U.S. Senate, he denounced European digital legislation as an attack on Western liberties. In his address at the Munich Security Conference, he went so far as to suggest cutting ties with the Europeans if they did not reverse their illiberal, dictatorial trajectory.
  •
  • Next Round with Rubio
  •  , Rubio instructed all U.S. embassies across the EU to initiate a coordinated lobbying blitz against Brussels’s censorship package surrounding the DSA.

Why Trump wants Putin in Alaska – and not anywhere else

  • From the standpoint of historical memory, there is hardly another place in the United States that so clearly embodies the spirit of neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation lost during the Cold War. From 1737 until 1867, this vast, sparsely populated land was known as Russian America – a semi-exclave of the Russian Empire, separated from its Eurasian heartland yet sharing a border with another state.
  • Tsar Alexander II’s decision to sell Alaska to the United States for $7.2 million was one of the most debated diplomatic transactions of the 19th century. In St. Petersburg, it was clear: if left unattended, Alaska would likely fall into the hands of Russia’s main rival at the time – the British Empire. Handing it over to Washington was not an act of weakness, but a calculated investment in future relations with a nation whose Pacific ambitions did not yet collide with Russia’s.
  • Trump has chosen the most geographically remote state in the union – thousands of miles from any Euro-Atlantic capital – to underline his distance both from his Democratic opponents at home and from NATO allies who, acting in Kiev’s interests, will seek to undermine any potential breakthroughs.
  • There is also a practical side: Alaska’s low population density makes it easier for security services to minimize the risk of terrorist attacks or staged provocations, while sidestepping the legal complications posed by the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant. In 2002, the United States withdrew its signature from the Rome Statute and it does not recognize the ICC’s jurisdiction on its soil.
  • The summit in Alaska is more than just a meeting between two leaders. It is a return to the logic of direct dialogue without intermediaries, a reminder of historic ties, and a test of whether Moscow and Washington are willing to work together where their interests not only intersect, but could align. Alaska’s story began as Russian, continued as American – and now has the chance to become a shared chapter, if both sides choose to see it as an opportunity rather than a threat.

Medical/False Flags

  •   Doctors are being paid to vaccinate, not to evaluate. They’re pressured to follow the money, not the science. We’ve recently uncovered that more than 36,000 doctors had their Medicare reimbursements altered based upon childhood vaccination rates. That’s not medicine. That’s coercion. It’s immoral. It has no place in a constitutional democracy or in a system that claims to protect children. Medical decisions should be made based upon one thing and one thing only. The well being of the patient. Never on a financial bonus or a government mandate. Patients deserve honest, uncorrupted advice from their doctors. Doctors deserve the freedom to use their training and to follow the science and speak the truth without fear of punishment. Doctors should be guided by medical judgment and their Hippocratic oath, not by financial incentives or government mandates. That’s what this policy change is about. And it’s just the beginning.

week or two away from being forced to come back to work and do the job the taxpayers of Texas have been paying them to do

non-citizens from apportionment. Studies show sanctuary states gain seats illegitimately: California’s 2.6M+ illegal immigrants per DHS data artificially boost their congressional clout. This isn’t about fairness—it’s a deliberate strategy to inflate blue-state influence using non-voting populations. Taxpayers in law-abiding states shouldn’t foot the bill for coastal elites who prioritize open borders over electoral integrity. The census was never meant to reward lawbreaking with political leverage. President Trump’s Plan

  •
  • The STOCK Act, passed in 2012, was intended to prohibit lawmakers from trading stocks using inside information gained through their official duties. It requires members of Congress, their spouses, and senior staff to report certain financial transactions over $1,000 within 45 days.
  • In theory, that makes it harder for lawmakers to conceal suspicious trades. In practice, the penalty for violating the law is $200—an amount so trivial it might as well be nothing.
  • In 2023, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA11) nearly tripled the S&P 500’s returns. That performance alone drew public criticism. But Pelosi is not unique. Many in Congress are guilty of similar behavior—and the most revealing cases are the ones where the democrats stays silent.
  • One of the clearest examples came when Democrat Rep. Tom Suozzi of New York repeatedly failed to file his transaction reports on time. Across nearly 300 personal financial transactions worth at least $3.2 millionSuozzi ignored the STOCK Act’s deadlines. When asked whether he paid fines for the violations, Suozzi either refused to comment or simply didn’t respond.
  • The STOCK Act’s failure is rooted in its lack of real consequences. A $200 fine for a violation is meaningless to lawmakers who can make thousands, or even millions, through trades that benefit from nonpublic information.
  • There is no significant escalation in penalty for repeat offenses, no loss of committee assignments, and no threat to their seats in Congress. For many members, breaking the law is simply a cost of doing business.

Trump has portraits of predecessors removed – CNN

  • US President Donald Trump has directed White House staff to move portraits of three former presidents, including Barack Obama, to a staircase where visitors cannot see them, CNN reported on Sunday, citing two sources familiar with the matter.
  • The reported move comes weeks after Washington began declassifying documents alleging that top officials under then-President Obama worked with intelligence agency heads to support unsubstantiated claims that  Russia colluded with Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
  • Two of Trump’s other predecessors were also targeted: 43rd president George W. Bush and his father George H. W. Bush, whose term started in 1989 after he served as vice president during the Ronald Reagan administration. All three portraits were moved to the top of the Grand Staircase, where they will remain out of view of visitors touring the White House, the sources told CNN.

  • The Trump administration has secret investigations going on! That ought to scare the hell out of the the radical left!
  • Vice President Vance:  If you violated the law, if you broke the law on this crazy Russia investigation, you’ve got to get prosecuted for it. Consequences. I think that’s the only real language that the far left understands in this country.
  •
  • Vice President Vance: Yeah, we’re sending out some subpoenas, and there are actually some active investigations, I think, that probably you won’t be fully aware of until we announce the conclusion of those investigations. But the President has been very clear, the Attorney General, the FBI director have been very clear. They are looking at law-breaking. For people who broke the law, it’s not going to be a slap on the wrist, We’re sorry, have a nice life. It’s going to be, You’ve got to face consequences for it. I really think it’s our sacred obligation to the American people to ensure that those who broke the law pay the price for it.

  •   informants. The intrusion, first reported on August 6, 2025, targeted the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) and the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) systems, which handle millions of court documents annually across all federal districts. Officials fear that sealed records, witness identities, and case details from multiple states have been compromised, marking one of the most significant cyberattacks on American legal institutions in recent years.
  • The breach came to light through internal alerts within the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, prompting an immediate shutdown of affected systems for forensic analysis. According to sources familiar with the matter, the attack exploited vulnerabilities in outdated software components, allowing unauthorized access to databases that store everything from criminal indictments to civil litigation files.
  • This isn’t the first time the judiciary has faced such threats; a similar incident in 2021, linked to the SolarWinds hack, raised alarms about foreign espionage, as detailed in reports from The Wall Street Journal. The Scope of the Intrusion and Initial Responses Investigators believe the hackers, potentially state-sponsored actors from adversaries like Russia or China, infiltrated the systems as early as mid-2024, siphoning data over months before detection. Politico, in its August 6 coverage, cited insiders who described the hack as “sweeping,” with fears that informant identities in high-profile cases—ranging from drug trafficking to national security matters—may now be in the hands of malicious entities.
  • The Justice Department has launched a full investigation, coordinating with cybersecurity firms to assess the damage, while federal judges have been advised to review and reseal compromised documents. Reuters echoed these concerns in an August 7 report, noting that the breach affected courts in at least a dozen states, including California, New York, and Texas. The exposure of sealed records could lead to witness tampering or retaliation, prompting urgent relocations for some individuals under protection. Cybersecurity experts point out that PACER’s paywall model, while intended to fund operations, has long masked deeper security flaws, such as insufficient encryption for sensitive uploads.
  • Historical Context and Systemic Vulnerabilities This incident builds on a pattern of cyberattacks targeting U.S. government entities. A 2022 breach, investigated by the Justice Department and reported by Politico, involved a “system security failure” in the courts’ document management, leading to temporary filing halts. More recently, posts on X (formerly Twitter) from cybersecurity accounts have highlighted ongoing concerns, with users speculating on foreign involvement based on the attack’s sophistication, though no official attribution has been made public as of August 9, 2025.
  • Drawing from a deep dive by Wired, the hack exploited legacy code in CM/ECF, a system dating back to the 1990s, which lacks modern defenses against advanced persistent threats. Wired’s analysis reveals how attackers used phishing tactics combined with zero-day exploits to gain administrative privileges, potentially downloading terabytes of data. This vulnerability underscores a broader issue: federal IT budgets for the judiciary have lagged behind those of executive agencies, leaving critical infrastructure exposed…”

The District of Columbia Home Rule Act of 1973 is a federal law that grants limited self-government to Washington, D.C., allowing residents to elect a mayor and city council while still placing ultimate authority over the district with Congress and, in certain cases, the president.

Section 740 of this act specifically addresses “Emergency Control of Police” and empowers the president to assume temporary control over the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) during emergencies.

Key Provisions of Section 740The full text of Section 740, as codified in D.C. Code § 4-102, outlines the following:

  •  Whenever the President determines that “special conditions of an emergency nature” exist requiring the use of the MPD for federal purposes, they may direct the D.C. mayor to provide such police services, and the mayor must comply.
  •  This control is limited to no more than 48 hours unless the President notifies the chairmen and ranking minority members of the congressional committees overseeing D.C. (in writing) about the reasons and expected duration.
  •  The services terminate at the end of the emergency, after 30 days from initial provision, or via a congressional joint resolution—whichever comes first. If Congress is adjourned sine die (without a set reconvening date), the 30-day clock starts upon reconvening. Any extension beyond 30 days requires a joint resolution from both the Senate and House.
  •

The initial deployment is limited to 48 hours unless the President notifies congressional committee leaders in writing about the reasons and expected duration. Services then generally terminate at the end of the emergency, after 30 days from the start, or upon congressional joint resolution—whichever comes first. Extensions beyond 30 days require a joint resolution from Congress authorizing it (with slight variations if Congress is adjourned sine die

  • . The President can deploy the DCNG within Washington, D.C., for purposes such as law enforcement, disaster response, or maintaining order, without needing to invoke the Insurrection Act or other special authorities required in states.

There are no statutory time limits on the duration of such deployments; they can continue as long as the President determines the need exists, subject to factors like mission requirements, available funding, and general congressional oversight (e.g., through appropriations or investigations).

For example, DCNG deployments have historically lasted days (e.g., for inaugurations) to months (e.g., during the COVID-19 response or civil unrest), without fixed expiration dates in law.
