The covid bill was all about covid19. Just because it wasn't all about vaccine doesn't mean it's not about covid. It's about helping people who were effected financially and retrofitting buildings. The next new bill has everything to do with infrastructure. This doorknob just laid out the ways in which it is absolutely about infrastructure and with the same breath saying it's not about infrastructure. When Amazon pays no money in federal taxes that's a problem. Also the majority of Americans support (liberals AND conservatives) these bills. They also support HR1. The for the people act that makes it much harder for corporations and billionaires to buy election. Once again thinly disguised opinion calling itself "news"
I work in home health care. Haven't received a raise since 2011, not even cost of living. I attended a union meeting for HC and we're promised funds 2 years ago. The Gov and politicians of PA told us they have our money but aren't giving it to us. Instead giving it to small business like restaurants which they keep closing. This money is going in THEIR pockets not infrastructure.
Like the Gas tax in CA to fix the roads, but all the roads are still crappy…..
