New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon tear Monday night against the Buffalo Bills.
The future Hall-of-Fame quarterback sustained the injury a few plays into his inaugural season with the Jets.

Strangely, one X account accurately predicted Rodgersโ injury before Monday nightโs game.
WLTReport provided details:
Directly before that occurred, an X social media user known as Daddy Zaslav eerily predicted how and when Rodgers would be injured with spectacular precision.
Not long after his prediction came true, Daddy Zaslavโs account was suspended.
At least one source claimed that Zaslav was suspended due to raucous interactions he had with other users in the comment section, and not the prediction itself, though this is currently unconfirmed.
My question is how did Zaslav predict Rodgersโ injury with such startling precision? What do we make of this?
Wow so @DaddyZaslav who predicted #AaronRogers injury hours before it occurred has been suspended on Twitter here. Wild pic.twitter.com/V4l0WVgOve

The New York Post reports:
A parody account on Elon Muskโs social network X was banned after predicting Aaron Rodgers would suffer a season-ending injury with eerie precision.

By 8:30 p.m., the 39-year-old Jets savior was carted off the field after going down with the ankle injury following a sack on the teamโs fourth offensive play.
The horrifying prediction was viewed over 11 million times before it was taken down some time on Tuesday โ after the team confirmed what Gang Green nation feared.
X, the site formerly known as Twitter, did not provide a reason for why the account was suspended.
NBC News confirmed Rodgersโ season-ending injury:
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered an Achilles tendon tear, the NFL confirmed Tuesday, a catastrophic injury thatโll sideline him for the rest of 2023 โ and could end his career.
An MRI revealed the injury, the NFL Network and Pro Football Talk reported after the Jetsโ overtime victory Monday night over the Buffalo Bills.
โI feel more for Aaron than anyone,โ Jets coach Robert Saleh told reporters Tuesday. โHeโs invested so much into this organization, so much into this journey that heโs embarked on.โ
Saleh insisted his team is focused on the next 16 games, even without its revered quarterback.
โI have a lot of emotions for him,โ Saleh said. โItโs really all about him. I donโt look at it as โwoe is meโ here. I think guys are excited about being able to step up and continue the things weโve been building, but [thereโs] a lot of hurt for Aaron.โ
