The Trump Organization has unveiled a mobile phone service called “Trump Mobile.”

The company will sell a “T1” smartphone, which appears to have a gold-colored case etched with an American flag.

A closer look:
According to CNBC, the smartphone will cost $499 and launch in September.
The Trump Mobile service will offer a $47.45 per month plan that includes:
- Unlimited Talk, Text & Data
- No Contract – Cancel Anytime
- International Calling to 100 destinations
- Free SIM Kit + Shipping
- Roadside Assistance
- Telehealth Services
“Services such as Device Protection, Roadside Assistance, and Telehealth/Pharmacy Benefits are not provided by Trump Mobile. These services are offered and managed by independent third-party providers, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which will be made available on each provider’s respective terms and conditions,” the website noted.
Per CNBC:
Both the name of the wireless service — “The 47 Plan” — and its monthly price are references to Trump, who was the 45th U.S. president during his first term in office and is now serving as the 47th.
A screenshot on the website of the upcoming phone, meanwhile, displays Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.”
Like a suite of other products that Trump and his businesses have rolled out during his political career — including watches, sneakers and Bibles — the company’s new foray into telecommunications mainly comprises a licensing agreement.
“Trump Mobile works with most major phones — so chances are, you can bring your current device with you when you make the switch. Want to be sure? Just use our simple verification guide to check compatibility in seconds,” the website says.
“And if your phone isn’t a match, no problem. We’ve got a full lineup of brand-new devices available in the Trump Mobile store — so you can upgrade and get connected without missing a beat,” it added.

CBS News reports:
The Trump Mobile plan will “revolutionize cell phones, mobile calling,” Eric Trump told Fox Business.
“It’s going to be cheaper, 47 bucks a month. You’re going to have more internet. More international dialing for free, hundreds of countries. International dialing for free. It is the biggest bang for the buck,” he added.
The plan will include free calls to more than 100 countries, including those with U.S. military bases. People with the plan will also have access to 24/7 roadside assistance through Drive America, as well as telehealth services, the company said.
The Trump Organization added that it will debut a T1 Phone in August that will cost $499. An image of the phone depicts a gold-colored device emblazoned with the phrase, “Make America Great Again.”
The device, which will have a fingerprint sensor and the ability to unlock using face recognition, will include 256 gigabytes of internal storage and 12gb of RAM.
“I think we’re going to really shake up the space in a very big way, both in terms of the actual hardware of the films and then obviously e-sim cards, and then just what you get for a plan per month,” Eric Trump added.
