A United Airlines aircraft became “disabled” after a rough landing at Orlando International Airport on Sunday.
In video footage, it appears the plane loses a nose wheel upon touching down on the runway.

FOX 35 Orlando shared further:
In a statement to FOX 35, the Federal Aviation Administration said United Airlines Flight 2323 was disabled after making a hard landing on the runway around 12:35 p.m., Jan. 18. The flight came in from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
In a statement to FOX 35 on Sunday afternoon, a spokesperson with the Orlando International Airport said a United Airlines flight experienced a “mechanical issue.”
No injures have been reported.
UA Flight 2323 had 200 passengers and six crew members on board.

In a preliminary statement shared with PEOPLE, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said “the aircraft became disabled after making a hard landing.” A brief ground stop was subsequently issued for the facility, which has since been lifted.
The department also confirmed it would investigate the incident.
Passengers on board flight 2323 then disembarked and were bused back to the terminal, per United. The aircraft has since been removed from the runway.
According to a statement shared with PEOPLE by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, which operates MCO, the facility subsequently “experienced delays.”
It is not clear if the weather played a factor in the rough landing. However, the National Weather Service (NWS) reports wind gusts of up to 56 mph at MCO shortly after the plane’s landing. The NWS in Melbourne, Fla., issued a wind advisory for much of central Florida on Sunday, which was later canceled.
