Reality TV Stars Todd and Julie Chrisley have received a full pardon from President Trump.

Todd and Julie Chrisley, who starred in the reality real estate show “Chrisley Knows Best” were convicted of financial crimes in 2022.

The Chrisleys were found guilty of fraud and tax evasion in 2022 and were sentenced to 12 years in prison plus 16 months of probation.

Trump told the children of the Chrisley family, “Your parents are going to be free and clean.”

Take a look:

Per Fox 5 Atlanta:

Reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted of financial crimes in 2022 and sentenced to federal prison, are expected to be granted full pardons.

Margo Martin, Special Assistant to the President and Communications Advisor, posted a video to social media showing President Donald Trump calling Savannah and Grayson, the couple’s children, to let them know about the news.

“Your parents are going to be free and clean,” the President told the family. “Wish them good luck.”

“Mr. President, I just want to say thank you for bringing my parents back,” Grayson Chrisley told the President.

The firm said the pardon followed a petition detailing what they called “serious misconduct” by federal prosecutors and violations of the couple’s constitutional rights.

“This pardon corrects a deep injustice and restores two devoted parents to their family and community,” said Alex Little, a partner at Litson PLLC. “President Trump recognized what we’ve argued from the beginning: Todd and Julie were targeted because of their conservative values and high profile. Their prosecution was tainted by multiple constitutional violations and political bias.”

“Todd and Julie’s case is exactly why the pardon power exists: to correct misguided prosecutions and reaffirm basic constitutional protections,” Little added. “Thanks to President Trump, the Chrisley family can now begin healing and rebuilding their lives.”

Check out what The Hill reported:

President Trump is expected to pardon reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted on bank fraud and tax evasion charges, as early as Wednesday.
White House officials shared video of Trump talking to the Chrisleys’ children, including Savannah Chrisley, over the phone in the Oval Office to inform them of the impending pardon

“Your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow,” Trump says in video of the call.
“I don’t know them, but give them my regards,” he adds.
Trump was joined for the call by Alice Johnson, whose sentence he commuted during his first term and who he has made his “pardon czar.”

Todd and Julie Chrisley were the stars of the reality series, “Chrisley Knows Best,” which chronicled their life in Georgia. Todd and Julie Chrisley were sentenced to 12 years in prison plus 16 months of probation and seven years behind bars and 16 months of probation, respectively. They were convicted in 2022 on charges including bank fraud and tax evasion.

Savannah Chrisley spoke at the Republican National Convention (RNC) last July, where she used her remarks to assert that her parents were the victims of a “two-faced justice system,” echoing rhetoric used by Trump and his supporters to downplay his legal troubles.
