President Trump and his crew are trying to kick biased prosecutor Fani Willis from their case.
And theyβve got a court date for oral arguments set for October 4th.
This probably means Trumpβs trial regarding the election wonβt happen before 2024 election.
His lawyer says Willis should be kicked out for misconduct.
And thereβs talk of funds being shuffled around.
It will be interesting to see where this leads.
Once Trumpβs team starts pulling her lose threads, who knows what theyβll uncover.

Yahoo News reports:
The Georgia Court of Appeals has tentatively scheduled oral arguments on former President Donald TrumpβsΒ appeal of the Fani Willis disqualification rulingΒ for October, making it almost certain that Trump will not see trial in hisΒ Georgia election interference caseΒ before the 2024 election.
The date for oral arguments on the issue is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 4, according to a docket notice that was sent to defense counsel in the case.
βA calendar will be sent to counsel of record confirming the exact date of oral argument,β the notice says.
The appeals courtΒ agreed last monthΒ to take up Trumpβs appeal.
Trump and his codefendants are appealing the ruling that allowed Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, toΒ remain on the election caseΒ after it was discovered she had a romantic relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade. He resigned from the case as a result of the ruling.
The judge in the case, Scott McAfee, has previously vowed to keep the case moving forward while the issue is on appeal.

Reuters adds:
A Georgia appeals court will hear arguments in October on whether to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecutingΒ Donald TrumpΒ for trying to overturn his 2020 defeat, a schedule that will likely postpone that trial until afterΒ the Nov. 5 election.
At issue is whether the prosecution is tainted as a result of Willisβ past affair with her one-time top deputy whom she hired to work on the probe.
Trumpβs legal team has sought to use the affair as a reason to try to derail the case but the judge overseeing the trial said in March thatΒ Willis could remainΒ on the case.
The Georgia election interference case is one of three criminal trials that Trump still faces, though all three have been delayed for a variety of reasons.
