Well, that didn’t take long!

It was only late last night that we first brought you this report:

JUST IN: President Trump Says He’s SUING The Wall Street Journal Over Fake News Epstein Hit Piece!

And now less than 24 hours later President Trump has filed what is reportedly a $10 billion lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal.

WOW!

Here was President Trump’s statement on TruthSocial:

FULL TEXT:

BREAKING NEWS: We have just filed a POWERHOUSE Lawsuit against everyone involved in publishing the false, malicious, defamatory, FAKE NEWS “article” in the useless “rag” that is, The Wall Street Journal. This historic legal action is being brought against the so-called authors of this defamation, the now fully disgraced WSJ, as well as its corporate owners and affiliates, with Rupert Murdoch and Robert Thomson (whatever his role is!) at the top of the list. We have proudly held to account ABC and George Slopadopoulos, CBS and 60 Minutes, The Fake Pulitzer Prizes, and many others who deal in, and push, disgusting LIES, and even FRAUD, to the American People. This lawsuit is filed not only on behalf of your favorite President, ME, but also in order to continue standing up for ALL Americans who will no longer tolerate the abusive wrongdoings of the Fake News Media. I hope Rupert and his “friends” are looking forward to the many hours of depositions and testimonies they will have to provide in this case. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

CBS News reports the lawsuit is seeking $10 in damages for the alleged defamation:

President Trump on Friday filed a libel lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal’s publisher and its leader, Rupert Murdoch, after the paper published a story on what it called a “bawdy” birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein that the paper alleged was signed by Mr. Trump.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of Florida, seeks at least $10 billion in damages. It alleges the paper’s claims were “false, defamatory, unsubstantiated, and disparaging,” and accuses the Journal of “clear journalistic failures.”

The paper claimed the letter, from the early 2000s, featured Mr. Trump’s signature as well as a birthday message and a drawing of a nude woman. According to the Journal’s report, it was collected in a book along with letters from other friends and acquaintances to mark Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003. The president has denied the report, calling the letter a “FAKE.”

The president has previously acknowledged he crossed paths with Epstein years ago, but has said they had a “falling out.”

The suit names the Journal’s publisher, Dow Jones & Company, along with its parent company, News Corporation. Also named in the lawsuit as defendants are Wall Street Journal reporters Joseph Palazzolo and Khadeeja Safdar, the bylines on the Epstein story, as well as Murdoch and Dow Jones CEO Robert Thomson.

JUST IN: President Trump Says He’s SUING The Wall Street Journal Over Fake News Epstein Hit Piece!

It looks like President Trump will be filing (and winning?) yet ANOTHER defamation lawsuit against yet another MSM outlet.

The new target?

The Wall Street Journal.

Once a bastion of top business journalism, the publication has fallen severely in recent years and today ran what President Trump says is 100% a fake news hit piece.

So sad to see.

It’s actually really hard to believe anyone at the Journal thought this was actually real or how they could decide to actually run this because it seems painfully obvious to me this is completely fake, but here’s the story the WSJ is pushing…

They’re claiming that for his birthday one year, President Trump sent Jeffrey Epstein a type-written note with the outline of a naked woman on it with a note containing an imaginary conversation between “Donald” and “Jeffrey” written in the third-person in some kind of weird short story poetry.

Take a look:

Here’s the key section:

FULL TEXT:

It isn’t clear how the letter with Trump’s signature was prepared. Inside the outline of the naked woman was a typewritten note styled as an imaginary conversation between Trump and Epstein, written in the third person.

“Voice Over: There must be more to life than having everything,” the note began.

Donald: Yes, there is, but I won’t tell you what it is.

Jeffrey: Nor will I, since I also know what it is.

Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.

Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it.

Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?

Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you.

Trump: A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday

– and may every day be another wonderful secret.

I mean…are you kidding me with this?

First of all, everyone knows President Trump doesn’t type letters.  He handwrites them in black sharpie.

Does the WSJ or its editors know anything about this man?

Clearly not.

Second of all, let’s just say President Trump has a very distinct tone and voice in how he speaks and writes and this is a complete and total mismatch.

This reads and sounds nothing at all like Donald J. Trump, but it does read and sound exactly like someone trying to create a fake and make it sound like Trump and Epstein were sleazy buddies.

Loomer agrees with me:

President Trump has already said the letter is a complete fake and he will be suing the WSj:

Newsweek confirms that President Trump said he’d be suing the WSJ:

President Donald Trump threatened to sue the Wall Street Journal over a story it published Thursday saying he sent a letter to the late disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Epstein’s 50th birthday.

The Context
The letter bearing Trump’s name, reviewed by the Journal, is dated 2003 and is said to feature several lines of typewritten text surrounded by the outline of a naked woman, sketched in marker.

The illustration also includes two small arcs representing breasts, with Trump’s signature written below the waist and resembling pubic hair, the report said.

The letter reportedly concludes: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”

Trump’s reported birthday letter to Epstein was one of “dozens” of birthday notes that Epstein’s longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, collected from the financier’s family and friends and compiled in a leather-bound book as a 50th birthday gift to him, the Journal said.

What To Know
The president told the Journal in a Tuesday interview: “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story. I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women. It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”

He also said he would file a lawsuit against the newspaper, which is owned by the conservative media mogul Rupert Murdoch, if it published the story:

Looks like President Trump will likely be adding another $15 million to the coffers soon!

These people truly never learn, do they?

Or is the TDS just so strong it clouds their judgment?

Here is the boss himself:

Even Elon Musk came to the President’s aid, saying it doesn’t sound like something the President would say or write:
