Walk us through your exclusive reporting.
Yeah, along with our colleague here at the White House, Laura Barron-Lopez, we have from sources that down in the Southern District of Florida, Jason Redding Quinones — he is the U.S. Attorney who was picked by Donald Trump to lead that office in Miami this past August — that he is effectively overseeing what is amounting to a sprawling investigation, a conspiracy investigation. And this is important.
Folks are going to continue to hear about this in the months ahead. It is the idea that the Biden administrations, the Obama administrations, individuals who were law enforcement and intelligence-community officials, were seeking to undermine the candidacies and presidencies of Donald Trump over effectively the last eight years.
And what is underway is these 30 subpoenas that were sent out on Friday by this office. But just before the number three in the office signed off on those subpoenas, two junior assistant U.S. Attorneys had resigned.
I am told that at least one of them was asked to do something that was outside of their realm of comfortability and what they believed would violate their ethical responsibilities.
Now, it’s worth noting that the number three in the office — the Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney — was the one who signed off on those subpoenas. Usually you don’t see somebody in a leadership capacity, sort of like how Lindsey Halligan in the Northern District of Virginia signed off on the indictments of Tish James.
It’s not uncommon to see somebody who is not a line prosecutor ultimately overseeing such an investigation. I’m told that other prosecutors in the office are on, quote, “pins and needles,” because they fear that they are going to be asked to take part in this investigation — one that the President has been very explicit in saying should lead to the arrest of President Obama, James Clapper, John Brennan, even people like Hillary Clinton.
It is a massive, a vast investigation, and one in which, down in the Southern District of Florida, is causing concerns over prosecutors being asked to do a job they do not feel comfortable with, a job they do not feel is based in substance, and one in which they believe they should not be asked to move forward — not only with subpoenas, but potentially with indictments.

The NY Post added these details:
A federal grand jury has subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, among others as part of the Justice Department’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, Fox News Digital has learned.
Sources told Fox News Digital Brennan; Strzok, the FBI’s former deputy assistant director of counterintelligence; and Page, a former FBI lawyer, were served with federal subpoenas on Friday.
Law enforcement sources told Fox News Digital that up to 30 subpoenas will be issued in the coming days relating to the investigation.
The grand jury is out of the Southern District of Florida.
U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida Jason Reding Quiñones is supervising the probe.
Fox News Digital first reported in July that Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey were under investigation.
Comey has been charged with making false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.
He has pleaded not guilty.
His trial is expected to begin in January.
Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz uncovered a series of anti-Trump text messages between Strzok and Page in 2018.
Both were assigned to work on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team in 2017.
Page served on Mueller’s team on a short detail, returning to the FBI’s Office of General Counsel in July 2017. Strzok, though, was removed from the team and was reassigned to the FBI’s Human Resources Division.
Prior to serving in the special counsel’s office, Strzok was a top agent in the bureau’s counterintelligence division.
