Louisiana has passed legislation that prohibits discrimination against students based on vaccination status.

“Thank you Louisiana for supporting informed consent and medical freedom! The state has now prohibited any form of discrimination against students who remain as they were created without injections of numerous liability-free pharma products. This law (text below) is a model for every state,” attorney Aaron Siri said.

Siri cited text from HB908:

“No teacher or school employee or administrator shall distinguish between students based on whether a student has or has not received vaccines from the schedule provided for in this Section.

Actions prohibited by this Paragraph include but are not limited to discrimination based on a student’s vaccination status in any of the following acts:

(a) Determination of eligibility for athletics or other extracurricular activity.

(b) Allowing or denying participation inside and outside of the classroom.

(c) Issuance of surveys to students relative to vaccination status.

(d) Organizing seating arrangements.”

“Louisiana is on the verge of enacting the first bill in the country to prohibit the discrimination of students based on their vaccination status! LA HB 908 has passed both chambers and is waiting for the Governor’s action,” Director of Advocacy for the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) Dawn Richardson said.

“This is a great bill to pass in every state,” she added.

“Enrolled & sent to Governor on 5/24/2024; passed full Senate on 5/23/2024; passed full House on 4/30/2024,” NVIC Advocacy stated.

Gov. Jeff Landry, a Republican, signed HB908 on June 3rd.

It goes into effect on August 1, 2024.
