The circumstances ignited by the explosive incident at the ICE facility in New Jersey over the weekend could end up being EVEN MORE CATACLYSMIC than the initial melee.

Here’s a quick recap to fill in the gaps before we get to AOC’s increasingly dangerous rhetoric.

First, a group of Democratic lawmakers attempted to force their way into an ICE detention facility in New Jersey, ignoring protocol (24 hour notice) and ignoring the Agents’ clear orders to back down.

Here’s a scene of the violent chaos intentionally caused by the Democrat lawmakers who showed up at an event where they knew they could cause a national scene.

In the aftermath, the Trump Administration has threatened to arrest the 3 key lawmakers who took part in the assault on the ICE Agents who were trying to protect the facility and do their jobs.

And the Mayor of Newark, Ras Baraka, was actually arrested during the assault.

I want to harken back to a story I brought you about Ras Baraka 2 full months ago, in which I reported on his CLEAR adherence to the radical teachings of race baiter Louis Farrakhan — a proponent of violent political activism just like this.

Mayor Baraka is attempting to make a run for the NJ Governor’s mansion, and it is my assessment that his involvement in Saturday’s violence against ICE Agents was an attempt to stir up the emotional violent trend of some in the Democratic base to serve his political ends.

But — that’s not today’s story.  (But keep your eye on that… because it is likely a harbinger of things to come, as is AOC’s increasingly violent rhetoric.)

Benny Johnson was able to receive bodycam footage of an ICE Agent which clearly verifies the facts as told by authorities who were present at the facility — and destroys the accusations and denials of the Democrats who took part.

Here’s that exclusive footage of the bodycam video:

He shared that video via his X account with the following commentary and report following the event:

BREAKING: I have obtained exclusive ICE officer body cam footage clearly showing Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally and physically assaulting federal agents in New Jersey after illegally entering an ICE detention facility.

In the video you can see indisputable evidence of Congresswoman McIver (in the red jacket) punch, push and hit a federal agent, refusing to follow the ICE officers orders and impeding in a lawful arrest.

In the body cam footage you can also watch Rep. McIver verbally threaten to “put hands” on the federal agents. “I touch whoever I want mother fu****!” Rep. McIver then threatens to destroy the ICE officers careers, “You will pay!” before descending into a profanity-laced rampage tirade.

All of these actions are flatly illegal under 18 U.S. Code § 111 and carry heavy fines and prison sentences.

A spokesperson for Department of Homeland Security has confirmed to me that “there will be more investigations and arrests.”

“If you assault a law enforcement officer you will answer to the law.”

I have reached out to Speaker Johnson’s Office for an official statement on disciplinary action from the House.

Her account in the following video is completely destroyed by all the video that has surfaced of the incident — leading me to believe that she will, in fact, be facing arrest herself:

And now, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is weighing in, threatening the Trump Administration.

In a livestream, AOC not only promised a “problem” if any arrests occur as a result of the event at the ICE facility.

But she planted the seeds for MORE aggressive actions by Democrats in opposition to ICE Agents and the Trump Administration.

Here’s one clip shared on social media taken from that livestream:

One of the key Trump Officials coming out in response to AOC’s livestream threats has been the Assistant Secretary of the Dept. of Homeland Security, Tricia McLaughlin.

Here’s McLaughlin answering directly back to AOC on Fox News earlier today:

It shouldn’t surprise anyone that the DEPUTY Sec. of DHS is just as tough as the top dog at that agency.

I love it when clear-minded people with logic on their side and reason at their disposal open their mouths like McLaughlin did in that clip… and leave the false narratives tattered and charred by their firm grip on reality:

“I’d like to ask AOC who does she want out of the detention facility? Is it the MS-13 members? Is it the known terrorists? Is it the child rapists? Is it the murderers?”

Who is she fighting for, because she’s not fighting for Americans.”

But still — where does President Trump keep finding these massively SKILLED, ARTICULATE, and TOUGH people to fill slots in his Administration!?

The answer, of course, is he’s LOOKING for those things; and not trying to fill some idiotic asinine DEI quota.

McLaughlin also shared this to her X account; the visitation guidelines for Congressional members wanting to visit the ICE facility — which were completely ignored by the three Democrats who now face possible arrest over their assault on federal agents:

AOC’s fiery callout of President Trump might rile the base a little…

But it’s far more likely to rile up the LAW, and possibly puts her even more square in the sights of the DOJ than she was already over similar videos.

Not to mention the multiple times she has engaged in teaching illegal aliens how to AVOID ICE, and avoid deportation.

Still, she seems just as flagrant and arrogant about the possible ramifications of her rhetoric as ever.

She also accused Kristi Noem of being “anti-American” in the video, as reorted in HuffPost:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) called out President Donald Trump and his administration for being “anti-American” and “putting America last” in a fiery rebuke on social media over the weekend.

The representative made her comments during a livestream on Instagram Saturday night, addressing a confrontation involving Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and Democratic lawmakers that took place at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Newark, New Jersey, on Friday.

Baraka was accused of trespassing at the facility and arrested, then released after spending several hours in custody.

Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security, also accused New Jersey Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman, LaMonica McIver and Robert Menendez of trespassing, along with assaulting and “body slamming” ICE agents. She suggested that the Trump administration was considering arresting them as well.

“You lay a finger on … Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman or any of the representatives that were there… we’re going to have a problem,” Ocasio-Cortez warned in the livestream. She then accused Trump and members of his administration, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, of being “anti-American.”

There is no guarantee that the Trump Administration will actually move forward with arresting the Democrats who by all accounts DESERVE to be arrested over this incident.

On one hand, it could tactically play in to their hands by putting them on the level of a freedom fighter or martyr for the cause, at least in the minds of their woke base.

On the other hand, the Trump Administration has not shown a lot CARE when it comes to political positioning on the national stage.

In other words — President Trump simply doesn’t seem to CARE.

His Administration has consistently focused on being EFFECTIVE in the ways that matter, regardless of the temporary optics that might feed into political grandstanding or the daily mainstream media cycle.

As President Trump and many of his top Officials have said repeatedly over the last few weeks…

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

So there is no guarantee those Democrat rabble rousers WON’T be arrested, either!

Given President Trump’s penchant for doing the right thing and upholding the law regardless of how it looks…

AOC’s insistence that the Department of Homeland Security Officials are actually the lawbreakers in this situation is not likely to go over well with the President.

She basically TAUNTED President Trump… daring him to uphold the law and arrest Rep. Bonnie Watson in particular, according to The Hill:

Ocasio-Cortez specifically called out Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and border czar Tom Homan, and she accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of using “public intimidation.”

“If anyone’s breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress, it’s the Department of Homeland Security,” she said during an Instagram video posted Sunday. “It’s people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem.”

“You lay a finger on someone, on Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman … or any of the representatives that were there, you lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem,” Ocasio-Cortez added. “Because the people who are breaking the law are the people not abiding by it.”

Newark, N.J., Mayor Ras Baraka (D) was arrested during the visit after refusing to leave the facility.

ICE officials reported that Watson Coleman, Menendez and McIver were pushing and shoving among the people in the crowd outside the facility, though Coleman denies the accusation.

Delaney Hall has become a contentious point in New Jersey, with Trump administration officials saying the facility is critical in its effort to detain violent immigrants in the country illegally.

I’ll say what I know plenty of you are thinking — ARRESTING DEMOCRATS who think they are ABOVE THE LAW and flaunt that arrogance by ACTING UNLAWFULLY is one of the things we VOTED FOR.

The patience of many has worn thin over the last few weeks waiting for those types of actions to take place.

Personally, I think a lot of us have lost track of time, forgetting that things take time to do right.

I’m not saying to FORGET what was promised or expected.

But in this event, I see exactly the sort of doorway through which the Trump Administration can start to ACT on some of those promises of EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW.

The million dollar question, of course — does AOC’s threats get left to ring in the air, without answer besides those hard-hitting comments by the Deputy Director of DHS?

Or will we finally get to see the long arm of the law reach out and re-establish American JUSTICE?

Lord… how I pray I get to write THAT story.
