The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Tuesday recommended the new experimental COVID-19 injections for all Americans ages six months and older.

The CDC greenlight means the Pfizer and Moderna shots will become publicly available within the next 48 hours.

CDC Director Mandy Cohen gave the final approval following the FDA and CDC advisory panelโ€™s recommendations.

BREAKING: FDA Approves New COVID-19 Shots

โ€œWe have more tools than ever to prevent the worst outcomes from COVID-19,โ€ Cohen said in a statement.

CNBC reports:

CDC is now recommending updated COVID-19 vaccination for everyone 6 months and older to better protect you and your loved ones.

โ€œThirteen CDC advisors voted in favor of the โ€œuniversalโ€ recommendation for Americans during the panelโ€™s meeting Tuesday, while one voted against it.

โ€œI think that itโ€™s clear that vaccination is going to prevent serious illness and death across all age groups. It is a vaccine-preventable disease,โ€ said Dr. Beth Bell, clinical professor at the University of Washington and member of the panel, during the advisory meeting. โ€œAnd so, for that reason, I favor the universal recommendation.โ€

Dr. Pablo Sanchez, a professor of pediatrics at Ohio State University, voted against the recommendation due to โ€œlimited dataโ€ on children, infants and other populations, while noting he is โ€œnot against this vaccine.โ€

The advisory panelโ€™s recommendation comes a day after the Food and Drug Administration approved the two mRNA jabs, which are designed to target the omicron subvariant XBB.1.5. An updated shot from Novavax, which uses protein-based technology, is still under review by the agency.

The FDA approved Pfizer and Modernaโ€™s new vaccines for people 12 and older. The agency authorized the shots under emergency use for children 6 months through 11 years old.

โ€œThe shots target XBB.1.5, a subvariant of the Omicron virus variant. That subvariant has already largely been displaced by newer strains, including EG.5, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),โ€ Chief Nerd stated, referencing a report fromย The Epoch Times.ย

There is no โ€œemergency.โ€

Yet, the Pharma-captured regulatory agencies will attempt any justification to line the pockets of pharmaceutical manufacturers.

However, not every public health official is on board with the latest COVID-19 shots.

Florida Surgeon Generalย Dr. Joseph Ladapoย said to avoid the newest mRNA injections, saying โ€œthereโ€™s been no clinical trial showing that it is a safe product for people.โ€
