During a press conference on Monday, Biden dissented the ruling by claiming this nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings and that no one is above the law.

“This nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings in America. Each of us is equal before the law,” Biden stated. “No one, no one is above the law. Not even the president of the United States.

He added that it is up to the American people to decide what the Supreme Court allegedly could not.

“Now the American people will have to do what the court should have been willing to do but we’re not the ones Americans have to render a judgment about Donald Trump’s behavior,” Biden said.

After his brief speech, Biden didn’t take questions from reporters about possibly dropping out following his disastrous debate performance last week.
