NEWS HEADLINES: Antifa member arrested accused of calling for the murder of ICE officers, doxxing pro-ICE individual – One America News Network

US President Donald Trump suggested on February 4 that a "softer touch" may be needed on immigration, as his administration said 700 federal officers would be pulled from Minnesota but that mass deportations would not stop. The fatal shootings of two protesters by federal officers in Minneapolis last month sparked widespread outrage in the United States and calls for an end to immigration raids in the Midwestern city, but Trump's administration has been reluctant to shift course. The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced the arrest of self-identified Antifa member Kyle Wagner on federal threat and cyberstalking charges after he allegedly made murder and assault threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Prosecutors allege the 37-year-old Minnesota man filmed videos and shared comments on social media last month urging his followers to confront and attack federal agents deployed in the state, whom he labelled “murderers” and the “Gestapo.”

“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi in a DOJ statement on Thursday. “Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you.”

In one now-deleted video posted on January 8th, the day after an ICE agent fatally shot Renee Good as she struck him with her car, Wagner warned ICE, “We’re f***ing coming for you,” according to the Justice Department.

“Anywhere we have an opportunity to get our hands on them, we need to put our hands on them,” he said, according to prosecutors. “We want to know who they are. We will identify every single one of them and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If it has to be done at the barrel of a gun, then let us have a little f***ing fun.”

According to the DOJ, the Antifa activist also urged others to “hunt” ICE agents and encouraged those who are “armed” to “fight.”

“This is kill or be killed,” he told followers.

On January 10th, Wagner reportedly declared, “we are at f***ing war,” adding, “either we’re going to win, or I will die in this process.”

On January 13th, Wagner stated, “This is where ICE has come to die,” praising agitators’ anti-deportation efforts, according to prosecutors.

In another video originally shared on his Instagram, Wagner introduced himself, saying, “My name is Kyle, I’m Antifa,” before providing street names for his followers to “show up ready to go.”

“Not talking about peaceful protests anymore. We’re not talking about having polite conversations anymore. I am talking specifically to my f***ing followers. This is everything I have f***ing talked about and this is exactly what I said was going to happen. This is exactly what I said was going to f***ing come when we didn’t f***ing go and march on f***ing Whipple with guns,” he said, most likely referring to the Whipple federal building in Minnesota. “Sorry but welcome to America 2026 when the 2nd Amendment is the only thing that’s going to keep you protected from literal f***ing Nazi gunmen that are killing innocent people in the street with impunity.”

“This is not a f***ing joke, there’s nothing fun to chant about it. Get your f***ing guns and stop these f***ing people,” he concluded.

“It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods,” said Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. “After all, this is what Antifa is about, lawlessness and violence. But under the leadership of President Trump and Attorney General Bondi, there is no safe haven for terrorists and no protection from the full weight of justice.”

“We know that a ‘worthless man plots evil, and his speech is like a scorching fire.’ And Wagner’s alleged actions were an attempt to spread fire into our peaceful community. That is not going to happen,” said U.S. Attorney Jerome Gorgon.

Early Thursday morning photos show Wagner being arrested while wearing a t-shirt that read, “I’m Antifa!” as part of “Operation Take Back America.”

According to the complaint, he allegedly published a pro‑ICE individual’s phone number, birth month and year, and address in Oak Park, Michigan, on January 29th, and later admitted to doxxing the person’s parents’ home.

Wagner’s case will be investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents.
