Kash Patel made incredibly bold statements from 2020-2024 while he was essentially campaigning for the role of FBI Director in the even President Trump got back into office.

And I think even Kash would admit if he were being honest that he let his rhetoric go a bit too far, creating unrealistic expectations that could never be met.

Many claims of all the things he would do “on day one” like shutting down the Hoover Building and reopening it the next day as a museum:

People (rightfully) latched onto those comments, especially the ones about walking in on day one and starting a 24/7 declass, and starting with the Epstein Files.

I was willing to cut him some slack and assume some of this rhetoric was just exaggeration, but when nothing happened after the first 100 days, I became critical as well.

And I’m still critical, but credit where credit is due, it looks like he’s finally fulfilling the big promise to shut down the Hoover Building:

TRANSCRIPT:

Kash Patel:

Look, the FBI is 38,000 when we’re fully manned — which we’re not.

In the National Capital Region, in the 50-mile radius around Washington, D.C., there were 11,000 FBI employees. That’s like a third of the workforce.

A third of the crime doesn’t happen here. So we’re taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out. Every state’s getting a plus-up.

And I think when we do things like that, we inspire folks in America to become intel analysts and agents and say, “We wanna go work at the FBI ’cause we wanna go fight violent crime, and we wanna get sent down to the country to do it.”

Mm-hmm.

And that’s what they were doing. In the next 3, 6, 9 months, we’re gonna do that hard and—

You know, I didn’t know that I was gonna do this, but I’m gonna announce it on your show anyway:

This FBI is leaving the Hoover Building because this building is unsafe for our workforce.

And we want the workforce—

Dan Bongino:
You just gave up a big nugget there.

Kash Patel:
We want— But we want the American men and women to know: if you’re gonna come work at the premier law enforcement agency in the world, we’re gonna give you a building that’s commensurate with that.

And that’s not this place.

Backup here if needed:

That clip is a teaser clip from Maria Bartiromo’s upcoming Sunday Morning Futures interview with Kash Patel and Dan Bongino.

If this clip is any indication, it’s going to be an incredible interview!

Here are more details, from Fox Business:

FBI Director Kash Patel previewed his plans to relocate about 1,500 agents out of the law enforcement agency’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.

In an excerpt of an exclusive interview with “Sunday Morning Futures” that will air this Sunday, Patel said the agency is reallocating its workforce around the country by moving those agents out of the J. Edgar Hoover Building, which opened in 1975.

“This FBI is leaving the Hoover building because this building is unsafe for our workforce and we want… the American men and women to know, if you’re going to come work at the premier law enforcement agency in the world, we’re going to give you a building that’s commensurate with that, and that’s not this place,” Patel said.

“Look, the FBI is 38,000 when we’re fully manned, which we’re not. In the national capital region, in the 50-mile radius around Washington, D.C., there were 11,000 FBI employees,” Patel said. “That’s like a third of the workforce. A third of the crime doesn’t happen here, so we’re taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out.”

“Every state’s getting a plus-up, and I think when we do things like that, we inspire folks in America to become intel analysts and agents and say, ‘we want to go work at the FBI because we want to go fight violent crime, and we want to get sent out into the country to do it,’” he added. “That’s what we’re doing in the next three, six, nine months we’re going to do that hard.”

The FBI and the General Services Administration (GSA) have been looking at options for a new FBI headquarters for more than a decade, including locations near D.C. in Maryland and Virginia.

Not everyone is impressed.

My friend Mark Taylor was not amused, posting this on Telegram:

I get it, and I think that’s a completely reasonable and rational take to have.

As I’ve said many times, I’m skeptical because we’ve been burned over and over before, and I also know the FBI is still filled with many toxic employees, but I’m cautiously optimistic and this is a great sign things are starting to turn in the right direction.

Do the Epstein Files next and bring some actual prosecutions and you’ll cement your legacies for all of history!

BREAKING: Kash Patel Says Jeffrey Epstein DID K*ll Himself

BREAKING: Kash Patel Says Jeffrey Epstein DID K*ll Himself

Well, this is certainly odd and troubling…

One of the biggest and most repeated catchphrases over the past 5+ years has been “Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

And yet today Kash Patel told Sen. Kennedy and the rest of Congress that he believes Jeffrey Epstein DID kill himself.

Watch here:

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

Sen. Kennedy:
Person with a brain and a beating heart.

Yes sir.

Um, did Jeffrey Epstein hang himself or did somebody kill him?

Kash Patel:
Senator, I believe he hung himself in a cell in the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Sen. Kennedy:
Um, are you gonna release all the information about that?

Kash Patel:
Senator, we are working through that right now at the Department of Justice.

Sen. Kennedy:
When do you think you’ll have it done, Kash?

Kash Patel:
Uh, I think in the, uh, in the near future, sir.

Sen. Kennedy:
Like before I die?

Kash Patel:
Senator, we are, um, we are—we’ve—we’ve been working on that and, um, we’re doing it in a way that protects, um, victims and also doesn’t, uh, put out into the ether, uh, information that is, um, irrelevant for, uh, production to the public such as CSAM.

Sen. Kennedy:
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

Senator Reid:
Thank you very much, Mr. Chairman.

Man, Kash doesn’t even sound like himself anymore.

Very concerning.

Is he just doing the rope-a-dope?

Just buying time while they wrap up their investigation and start the arrests?

Doing his version of the Columbo routine?

Or….is he compromised?

What happened to turning the Hoover Building into a Museum?

What happened to “On Day One!”?

MEMO TO KASH PATEL: What Happened To “On Day One”?

Hmmmm.

To be fair, I searched and searched and could not find any old videos of Kash Patel saying “Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself” so there’s no obvious link I can show you to him changing his tune.

But it just doesn’t feel right, not at all.

Here is a sampling of how people are responding online:

PAM BONDI: Dr. Jekyll or Mrs. Hyde? Alex Jones Reveals Very Concerning Information

Well, no sooner did I get finished publishing this report where I said I was extremely “cautiously optimistic”:

Pam Bondi Gives Epstiein Files Update: “No one victim will ever get released!”

….do I then see Alex Jones post this video where he claims that James O’Keefe is getting ready to expose Pam Bondi.

For what?

According to Jones, for stonewalling the Epstein Files investigation and release.

Watch here:

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

Alex Jones

James O’Keefe—one of the two big stories he’s breaking is about someone in the Trump administration covering up Epstein.

And then he put out a little short trailer yesterday that shows an image or still shot of video of Pam Bondi.

So he didn’t tell me the specifics when he called me—and me alone—as a dead man switch, which I was, I guess, flattered by.

He’s like, “I think you might be the only person that I know has the integrity to tell this in case something happens.”

And then when he told me, I was like, yeah, you are in.

He told me the other stuff too, but he wouldn’t even say who in the administration.

So I made some phone calls and I told the crew over the weekend, I said, “It’s Pam Bondi, according to my sources,” because the White House already knows about this.

So I wouldn’t even tell the crew last week what the specifics were because I don’t want to endanger them.

And then there’s two other big stories.

And it looks like in this little promo video that he put out, he’s kind of putting the three together, because it’s a big Pfizer news, and then some more Epstein news connected to the Democrats.

But I’m going to stop right there and wait and see what he puts out today.

So we’re going to be watching, obviously, his X account, Keith Meany, very, very closely now.

Look folks, I know the MSM has done it’s absolute best to vilify and discredit Alex Jones, but if you ask me Alex Jones has been right about almost everything I’ve ever seen.

As far as I can tell, the old phrase “Don’t piss in my face and tell me it’s raining” applies directly to the MSM’s portrayal of Alex Jones.

They tell me over and over again how he’s just a loony conspiracy theorist with kooky ideas that are not true, and yet….the more I watch what he says, the more it seems to me like he’s one of the only guys actually telling us the truth!

And he’s right far more than he’s wrong, as best I can tell.

So coming from Alex, I take this pretty seriously.

How about you?

More here:

So who is Pam Bondi?

White Hat?

Black Hat?

Is she doing a Columbo routine and fooling us all?

Compromised?

Incompetent?

I really can’t tell.

I sure hope we find out soon.

Here’s my prior report:

Pam Bondi Gives Epstiein Files Update: “No one victim will ever get released!”

I continue to cover the Pam Bondi / Epstein Files case with extreme skepticism but also with hope that the corruption runs extremely deep and will take time to root out.

So I guess you could say I’m extremely “cautiously optimistic”.

Here now is the latest…

Pam Bondi was asked if certain Epstein Files are missing or destroyed and she laughed dismissively and said no.

She then confirmed there are tens of thousands of videos and the FBI is going through each one.

Take a look here:

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

Pam Bondi:

No, no — the FBI, yeah, the FBI — they’re reviewing.

There are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children, or child porn,
and there are hundreds of victims.

And no one victim will ever get released —
it’s just the volume.

And that’s what they’re going through right now.
The FBI is diligently—

I haven’t seen that statement,
but I’ll call him later and find—

One phrase kind of stuck out to me….what do you suppose she meant by:  “And no one victim will ever get released”?

I asked AI what she likely meant and it told me this:

The phrase “And no one victim will ever get released —” is unclear as stated, but based on the context, it’s likely Pam Bondi misspoke or her phrasing was garbled in an off-the-cuff remark.

Here are two plausible interpretations:

  1. She meant “no video of any victim will ever be released”:
This makes the most sense contextually — she had just referenced tens of thousands of videos and the FBI reviewing them. So she may have intended to say that the videos depicting victims will never be released to the public due to their explicit and criminal nature.

  2. She misspoke when she said “victim” instead of “video”:
The sentence might have originally been meant as, “No one video will ever get released.” This could have been jumbled due to rapid speech or emotion.

In either case, the intent seems to be reassurance that none of the graphic or incriminating footage will be made public, likely to protect victim privacy and ensure legal integrity.

Makes sense.

But do you think she will eventually pull through?

Do you still have hope?

Or do you think this is just Bill Barr 2.0?

I thought this was a very interesting observation….

Remember that soccer ball Putin gave to Trump?

It seems as though it’s now been passed from Trump to Bondi:

What do you all think?
