Judge resumes Manafort trial after sudden three-hour break

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Reuters) – The trial of former Trump marketing campaign chairman Paul Manafort on financial institution and tax fraud expenses resumed on Friday after an sudden three-hour recess.

The trial resumed with U.S. Judge T.S. Ellis telling prosecutors to name their subsequent witness. The delay makes it unlikely the prosecution will be capable to wrap up its case on Friday, because it had been anticipated earlier.
