“Vanderpump Rules” star James Kennedy has been spotted out for the first time since his domestic violence arrest went public.
The reality TV star — who is now off the series as Season 12 will feature a new cast — was photographed grabbing an UberEats delivery outside his and girlfriend Ally Lewber’s home in Burbank, Calif., on Thursday.
Kennedy was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt that read “See You Next Tuesday,” the name of the event he created and often hosts at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant.
As previously reported, police were called to Kennedy’s home about an argument between Kennedy, 32, and an unidentified woman on Tuesday. Per TMZ, witnesses who saw the fight claimed Kennedy “grabbed” the woman, but officers didn’t see visible injuries on her.
Kennedy and Lewber, 28, were at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party the night of the incident. The woman involved in the alleged interaction has not been identified.
Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence and later released on a $20,000 bail. His attorneys addressed the arrest on his behalf on Friday.
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,” the statement obtained by People read. “We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”
“The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to [Kennedy’s] arrest,” the spokesperson went on. “[Kennedy] was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later posted bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.”
Lewber has yet to speak out about the incident, but Kennedy’s exes, Kristen Doute and Raquel Leviss, have. A source connected to the pair told The Post that Lewber’s close friends were “concerned” about her dating Kennedy when they got together in 2022 based on his behavior shown on the Bravo series.
On Thursday, Doute, 41, shared a screenshot of TMZ’s story on the matter and wrote “FINALLY.”
Leviss, for her part, spoke out via her attorneys on Friday. The pair were previously together for five years, but split in December 2021, ending their seven-month engagement.
“We are aware of James Kennedy’s recent arrest for domestic violence. This news is, unfortunately, not surprising,” Leviss’ attorneys, Mark Geragos and Bryan Freedman, told Us Weekly in a statement. “Rachel’s [revenge porn] lawsuit describes, in significant detail, Mr. Kennedy’s long history of erratic, violent behavior and substance abuse.”
In March, Leviss, 30, sued former “VPR” co-stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval for revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress following “Scandoval.” The term was created after Leviss and Sandoval’s affair, which led to his split from long-term partner Madix.
Per Fox 11 LA, Sandoval has now chosen to represent himself in the case. The suit is scheduled for Nov. 3, 2025.
