Vanna White has some good fortune when it comes to wardrobe.
While on Thursday’s “The Drew Barrymore Show,” the 68-year-old revealed how many dresses she’s worn during her four decades of co-hosting “Wheel of Fortune.”
“Do you ever think about keeping some of the clothes? Do you ever want to take some of the clothes home?” Barrymore, 50, asked White.
The star — who joined the game show family in 1982 — admitted she’s donned “over 8,000 gowns” while on air.
But unfortunately, the wardrobe stays on location.
“I don’t get to keep them, but they do let me borrow them for [events],” White explained. “The Emmys or whatever… Every day a different dress for all of these years. 42 years.”
Her son, Nikko Pietro, who joined her on Barrymore’s talk show, noted that his mom sometimes has “full PJs days” at home.
“Because we get dressed up to work. That’s the last thing we wanna do when we’re at home!” White argued.
The model’s latest confession comes on the heels of another surprise that she works a lot less than people might think despite being on the air for 43 years.
“We film about 34 days a year,” White stated during a recent radio interview with “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show,” adding, “That’s it.”
White’s schedule — in which she reveals letters on the puzzle board — requires her to film “six shows a day.”
However, she still has to change outfits and shoes multiple times a day between tapings.
“Come on. You could feel bad for me,” teased White.
“I do not feel sorry for you one bit,” Duran joked. “That sounds like a great job.”
“So weird. You have 331 days off a year?” co-host Nate Marino asked.
“Yes, I guess so,” White responded.
“And no one deserves it more than you,” Duran stated. “You’re just the best.”
Those numbered days pay off since the television personality was making around $3 million yearly until she renegotiated her contract in 2023, per TMZ, after longtime host Pat Sajak announced his retirement.
White then was able to land a “substantial pay increase” when she signed on to co-host the show for at least another two years.
