Sophia Culpo is sharing what itβs been like to watch her older sister, Olivia Culpo, transform into a first-time mom.
The former Miss Universe, 33, welcomed her first child βΒ daughter Colette βΒ with her husband, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, 29, in July.
Catching up with Sophia, 28, the youngest Culpo sister, revealed how her sibling is coping with her new and most important role to date.
βIt is so fun,β Sophia exclusively told The Post at the Create & Cultivate event in Los Angeles, βand to just see the transition is really, really, cool, especially because Olivia and I are close in age.β
Acknowledging their oldest sister, Aurora, 36, was always more of a mother figure to her, Sophia noted, βOlivia was always my friend figure, so for her to have a baby, I kind of feel like weβre figuring it out together a little bit.β
Sophia also joked that sheβs been impressing Olivia with her aunt skills.
βSheβs like, βWait, you change your diaper? You know how to do that?’β she laughed, mocking her sister. βSo itβs like, itβs really fun. Itβs just a different experience.β
While Sophia admitted Olivia is βdoing so wellβ as a new parent, the former pageant queen has relied on her mother for help after giving birth to Colette.
Sophia shared that her sister has had their mom, Susan, by her side, revealing she is βthe best caretakerβ while joking Olivia had a βlittle bellβ she rings when she needs their mother.

βSheβs doing so well. I think sheβs so happy,β Sophia said.
The social media influencer added itβs been βamazingβ to βsee her really step into being a mom because she has such a polished lifestyle,β teasing Olivia wasnβt ready for the baby to split up on her high-end designer clothing.
βBut I just think when you hold your baby, like, all that goes out the window,β Sophia explained, βand itβs just so cool to see because, like, you turn into a new version of yourself.β
Olivia recently praised their mom for all her help with the baby.
Posting a video compilation of Susan with the infant, the reality star captioned the footage, βI can only hope to be as good as her π₯Ή.β
The tribute clip also showed the Culpo matriarch delivering Olivia food in bed and holding up her bell to be summoned.
This isnβt Susanβs first time being a grandmother, as two of her five children already had kids before Olivia.
Pete Culpo welcomed a daughter with his wife, Katie, in November 2021, and the second eldest Culpo sibling, Aurora, shares son Remi, 7, and daughter Solei, 5, with her ex-husband.
The fourthΒ eldestΒ sibling, Gus Culpo, does not have any children.
Sophia also opened up about the bond she shares with her two βvery differentβ sisters. The trio had their own reality show on TLC in 2022.
βThe Culpo Sistersβ followed the lives of Olivia, Sophia and Aurora, and while it lasted only one season, each has carved out their own space in the influencer world.
Calling Olivia βa perfectionist,β she said Aurora is the opposite and βsuch a free spirit.β
βI donβt think thereβs any such thing as overly confident, but if there was, it would be Aurora,β she told The Post, βand it makes sense because sheβs the oldest, Olivia is the middle, and Iβm the youngest.β
Sophia shared that sheβs learned how to navigate through life from her sisters, noting, βItβs great for me because I feel like theyβve made some mistakes that I didnβt have to make.β
However, Olivia and Aurora have given her some important advice over the years, especially when it comes to being in the public eye.
βThey saw me growing up, and I think they saw me act as versions of myself that werenβt very authentic,β the youngest Culpo sister told The Post. βYou know, youβre trying to figure yourself out, and, youβre in your 20s, and they would always just tell me, like, one: smile more.β
βJust smile more and be yourself,β Sophia recalled.
βMy sister [Olivia] really came to this game when I was really young and impressionable, and I felt so much pressure to take advantage of the opportunity I was given,β she explained.
Sophia confessed that she wasnβt necessarily her authentic self βΒ and it was her sisters who pulled her back to reality.
βI kind of was being what I thought people wanted me to be, and having sisters who knew me and just really made me feel like, you know, the best version of yourself is the version when you are with us and at home, and just share that.β
Sophia noted it was her siblingsβ advice that convinced her to show fans her true self.
