Shirley MacLaine is still living her best life.
The 91-year-old Hollywood legend enjoyed a rare public outing at Kristy’s Village Cafe, one of her favorite spots in Malibu, on Saturday.
MacLaine had a cocktail and food with her male assistant, who helped her walk to the table.
The Oscar winner made a major fashion statement, wearing a large floppy red hat and a pair of brown sunglasses.
She went casual with the rest of her look, which included a blue zip-up hoodie, a matching T-shirt and green sweatpants.
The beloved actress has become a regular at Kristy’s, having visited the California hot spot twice in July 2024, including on the Fourth of July.
During the holiday lunch with her friend, MacLaine wore a purple T-shirt, a black hoodie sweatshirt, gray pants and a light blue visor. MacLaine needed some assistance walking as the pair left the restaurant.
When she turned 90 last year, MacLaine revealed that she has stayed healthy and active because of her history with dance.
“I started my dance training at age 3 and stopped at about 67. It taught me discipline, loving music, working with people and dealing with pain,” she told People.
“I have my friends, and I am really healthy,” the “Steel Magnolias” star added.
In 2019, then-85-year-old MacLaine declared that she has “a perfect life.”
“I eat what I want, I sleep when I want,” she told People. “Not that much bothers me. I think attitudes are a choice. Anger is a choice, peace is a choice, sarcasm — which is what I’m good at — is a choice.”
MacLaine also opened up about how Hollywood has changed during a May 2024 interview with Extra’s Billy Bush.
“The glamour’s gone out of it, I’m afraid. I think it’s entirely different,” she stated. “It’s 100% different.”
When asked if she is bothered by the lack of privacy famous people have today, MacLaine said, “It’s all right. I’m kind of open anyway, and I don’t have much to hide.”
MacLaine, who won the Oscar for best actress for the 1983 comedy drama “Terms of Endearment,” has not acted since the 2022 dark comedy “American Dreamer.”
She played a lonely widow trying to decide if she should sell her estate to a professor, played by “Game of Thrones” star Peter Dinklage.
That same year, she appeared in two episodes of the hit Hulu show “Only Murders in the Building.”
