Her eyes donβt lie.
Shakira spotted a fan seemingly filming up her skirt while she was dancing to her new single, βSoltera,β at the Miami nightclub LIV over the weekend, prompting her to abruptly storm off the stage.
The moment was captured in a fan video shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Shakira could be seen dancing before she made eye contact with someone in the crowd and waved her fingers to tell them to stop recording her.
The superstar also adjusted her skirt amid the incident.
After continuing to dance some more, Shakira seemingly saw that the fan kept filming up her skirt. She lowered her skirt again and shook her head out of frustration.
She then walked off the stage where she was greeted by other attendees and security.
The Post has reached out to Shakiraβs rep for comment.
She has yet to address the situation on social media.
Fans took to X to condemn the inappropriate filming of Shakira.
βPeople are GROSS,β one tweet read.
βWhoever was filming should be arrested for sexual assault,β someone else said.
βThatβs truly disappointing behavior. Artists deserve respect and privacy, both on and off stage. Itβs crucial to ensure a safe environment for everyone,β a different person wrote.
A fourth tweet read, βI donβt blame her. They continued to do it after she asked them not to.β
Shakira moved to Miami from Barcelona last year with her sons Milan, 11, and Sasha, 9, following her split from soccer star Gerard Pique.
The former couple were together for 11 years together before they announced their breakupΒ in 2022.
Pique, 37, later revealed his relationship withΒ Clara ChΓa MartΓ, rumored to be the woman he cheated on Shakira with.
In response, Shakira appeared to slam the new couple in herΒ songs βTQGβΒ and βBZRP Music Session #53,β which dropped last year.
The βWhenever, Whereverβ singer, who was linked to Tom Cruise and Lewis Hamilton after her split from Pique, said in June that she isΒ not interested in dating.
βIβm not thinking about that,βshe told Rolling Stone for their July-August 2024 cover story. βWhat space do I have for a man right now?β
However, Shakira admitted that she does βlike menβ but considered it a βproblem.β
βI shouldnβt like them with everything thatβs happened to me, but imagine how much I like men that I still like them,β she added.
