Dick Van Dyke and Cher are some of the lucky ones.

After fleeing their Malibu, California, homes this week due to the Franklin Fire ripping through the upscale coastal neighborhood, destroying several properties in its way, the mansions of Van Dyke, 98, and Cher, 78, remain standing, The Post can confirm.

The fiery disaster has burned more than 4,000 acres, sparking evacuation orders as well as road and school closures. While NBC Los Angeles reports the shift in wind on Wednesday afternoon is a positive sign for residents, courageous firefighters continue to battle the flames.

The Post has obtained exclusive photos of Van Dyke and Cher’s mansions, showing their properties remain untouched while some of their neighbors’ homes fell victim to the inferno.

The land opposite of Cher’s home on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) was scorched, and a small fire broke out next to her property, but her mega-mansion sat unscathed and pristine.

The “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer abandoned her home with her pets to safety on Monday night. Her publicist, Liz Rosenberg, confirmed the news to the New York Times reported and revealed the Grammy winner was sheltering at a hotel.

Van Dyke got an early birthday present as he gears up to turn 99 on Friday because his $8 million hillside home was also not damaged in the Franklin Fire as of late Wednesday afternoon. Sadly, his neighbors located on the same street were not so lucky.

The “Mary Poppins” star fled with his wife, Arlene Silver, on Tuesday, but they were forced to leave behind their beloved cat in the chaos.

“Arlene and I have safely evacuated with our animals except for Bobo escaped as we were leaving,” Van Dyke announced on Facebook. “We’re praying he’ll be ok and that our community in Serra Retreat will survive these terrible fires.”

He shared a follow-up video of the orange cat playing in a garden, writing, “Hoping Bobo is ok.”

Meanwhile, The Post obtained photos of Ricki Lake, 56, making her way through a police checkpoint in the area. She was granted entry to a road that leads back to her Malibu home.

The ex-talk show host appeared to be in okay spirits as she waited in the long traffic line, driving her Tesla with her beloved white dog on her lap and husband, Ross Burningham, in the passenger seat.

Lake lives in an area that was severely affected by the Franklin wildfire. It’s currently unclear if her home was damaged in the flames.

The intense Franklin Fire was first reported around 10:45 p.m. Monday as a small brushfire. It later jumped the PCH and moved to the ocean, prompting around 6,000 people to be ordered to evacuate due to the inferno threat.

It remains unclear what sparked the fire.

Other A-listers who live in Malibu evacuation zones include Barbra Streisand, Jonah Hill, Julia Roberts, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Jay-Z; however, it’s unclear if they also abandoned their homes amid the fire.
