Scott Wolf scored two victories in his divorce battle with his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.

The “Party of Five” alum, 57, was awarded a temporary restraining order against his ex as well as temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three children after a Utah judge signed off on his petition Wednesday.

The court order obtained by Us Weekly stated that Kelley, 48, “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

The order also outlined that Kelley “shall not have any parent-time or contact” with Scott or their kids for the time being.

The court said it granted the restraining order due to Kelley’s alleged behavior while noting she allegedly tried to remove their minor kids from the country.

That, “combined with the behavior sufficient for Kelley to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment,” was allegedly enough for the judge to sign off on Scott’s request.

Besides custody and the restraining order, the actor was also awarded sole and exclusive use and possession of their home in Park City, Utah.

The temporary order is in effect until July 9; however, a court date has been set for July 1, which will determine whether Kelley can have supervised time with her children.

The Post reached out to Scott’s rep for comment.

On Tuesday, the “Nancy Drew” actor rushed to court to seek temporary protection from his estranged wife.

He also reportedly filed a declaration as part of his temporary restraining order request, as did his brother, Michael Wolf. However, details are not available as both of their declarations are sealed.

More to come…
