Scott Wolf is seeking protection from his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.
The “Party of Five” alum, 57, filed for a temporary restraining order against his ex, 48, on Tuesday, June 24, in Utah, according to Us Weekly.
Scott reportedly filed a declaration as part of his request, as did his brother, Michael Wolf. However, both of their declarations are sealed.
The Post reached out to Scott’s rep for comment.
The actor’s decision to seek protection from his former significant other comes nearly two weeks after Kelley was detained by police and hospitalized amid their contentious divorce battle.
Earlier this month, Scott and Kelley announced they split up after 21 years of marriage. The “Doc” actor later revealed that he had filed for divorce.
“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a statement to The Post. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Things took a dark turn almost immediately, with Kelley claiming she was “taken against” her will by police in Utah on June 13 and later hospitalized.
Kelley, who was on MTV’s “The Real World: New Orleans,” posted footage of her run-in with cops to her Instagram Live.
One of the officers in the video told her she wasn’t going to jail, adding they were there to get her “some help.”
Later on in the footage, one of them informed Kelley that she “made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,” and they “want to make sure you’re okay.”
Law enforcement later confirmed they took her to a nearby hospital.
“Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,” they told People in a statement. “For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”
A report taken by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office later shed light on the incident, with heavily redacted documents revealing that police responded to Scott and Kelley’s Utah residence on June 13 over an alleged “verbal dispute.”
The unnamed female claimed their brother-in-law was trespassing and they wanted him removed. Police were later told that the brother-in-law had permission to be there by one of the homeowners.
Upon their arrival, they also spoke to an unnamed male, who detailed an alleged “past-occurred assault” that he claimed happened on March 6, months before Scott filed for divorce on June 9.
The individual reported to cops of someone “putting her hands around his neck” in the alleged March incident but noted they “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”
The male declined to press charges from the alleged March 6 incident after police contacted them following Kelley’s hospitalization, reported Us Weekly.
The disturbing 911 call placed hours before Kelley was detained came from a sobbing unidentified woman, who claimed she didn’t feel safe with her brother-in-law in the home.
“I’m going through a very bitter divorce battle with my now, hopefully, ex-husband, who is currently filming a movie in Los Angeles,” the caller told the operator in the audio obtained by TMZ. “His brother is here, meant to be helping with our children, and I do not feel safe with him in the house.”
She continued: “He has now convinced my son, my 16-year-old son, that I am a cheater, an adulterer, I don’t even know the words anymore.” The caller also claimed she was “being psychologically abused” and thought “the children are suffering from child alienation.”
The 911 call was placed at 2:50 a.m. and lasted around 15 minutes.
Kelley later addressed her hospitalization, claiming it was “horrible” but adding she’s “happier than I have ever been.”
Scott’s ex returned to Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, to show she was sitting at a bar with a margarita and wearing what appeared to be a hospital bracelet around her wrist.
The “Party of Five” hunk — who played Bailey Salinger in the ’90s hit series — married Kelley in 2004 after meeting her in 2002 following her stints on “The Real World” and “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge.”
The estranged couple has three children together: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as a daughter, Lucy, 11.
In his divorce petition, Scott reportedly included a proposed parenting plan, although that document is also sealed.
