Scott Wolf is seeking protection from his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.
The βParty of Fiveβ alum, 57, filed for a temporary restraining order against his ex, 48, on Tuesday, June 24, in Utah, according to Us Weekly.
Scott reportedly filed a declaration as part of his request, as did his brother, Michael Wolf. However, both of their declarations are sealed.
The Post reached out to Scottβs rep for comment.
The actorβs decision to seek protection from his former significant other comes nearly two weeks after Kelley was detained by police and hospitalized amid their contentious divorce battle.
Earlier this month, Scott and KelleyΒ announced they split upΒ after 21 years of marriage. The βDocβ actor later revealed that he had filed for divorce.
βAfter 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, andΒ filed for divorceΒ from my wife Kelley,β Scott said in a statement to The Post. βOur children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.βΒ
Things took a dark turn almost immediately, with Kelley claimingΒ she was βtaken againstβ her willΒ by police in Utah on June 13 and later hospitalized.
Kelley, who was on MTVβs βThe Real World: New Orleans,β posted footage of her run-in with cops to her Instagram Live.
One of the officers in the video told her she wasnβt going to jail, adding they were there to get her βsome help.β
Later on in the footage, one of them informed Kelley that she βmade some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,β and they βwant to make sure youβre okay.β
Law enforcement later confirmed they took her to a nearby hospital.
βUpon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,β they told People in a statement. βFor that reason, our DeputiesΒ transported the female to a local hospital.β
A report taken by the Summit County Sheriffβs Office later shed light on the incident, with heavily redacted documents revealing that police responded to Scott and Kelleyβs Utah residence on June 13 over an alleged βverbal dispute.β
The unnamed female claimed their brother-in-law was trespassing and they wanted him removed. Police were later told that the brother-in-law had permission to be there by one of the homeowners.
Upon their arrival, they also spoke to an unnamed male, who detailed an alleged βpast-occurred assaultβ that he claimed happened on March 6, months before Scott filed for divorce on June 9.
The individual reported to cops of someone βputting her hands around his neckβ in the alleged March incident but noted they βdid not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.β
The male declined to press charges from the alleged March 6 incident after police contacted them following Kelleyβs hospitalization, reportedΒ Us Weekly.
The disturbing 911 call placed hours before Kelley was detained came from a sobbing unidentified woman, who claimed she didnβt feel safe with her brother-in-law in the home.
βIβm going through a very bitter divorce battle with my now, hopefully, ex-husband, who is currently filming a movie in Los Angeles,β the caller told the operator in the audio obtained by TMZ. βHis brother is here, meant to be helping with our children, and I do not feel safe with him in the house.β
She continued: βHe has now convinced my son, my 16-year-old son, that I am a cheater, an adulterer, I donβt even know the words anymore.β The caller also claimed she was βbeing psychologically abusedβ and thought βthe children are suffering from child alienation.β
The 911 call was placed at 2:50 a.m. and lasted around 15 minutes.
Kelley later addressed her hospitalization, claiming it was βhorribleβ but adding sheβs βhappier than I have ever been.β
Scottβs exΒ returned to InstagramΒ on Wednesday, June 18, to show she was sitting at a bar with a margarita and wearing what appeared to be a hospital bracelet around her wrist.Β
The βParty of Fiveβ hunk βΒ who played Bailey Salinger in the β90s hit series βΒ married Kelley in 2004 after meeting her in 2002 following her stints on βThe Real Worldβ and βThe Real World/Road Rules Challenge.β
The estranged couple has three children together: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as a daughter, Lucy, 11.
In his divorce petition, Scott reportedly included a proposedΒ parenting plan, although that document is also sealed.Β
