Nelly Furtado took a fun video played to her song “I’m Like a Bird” with Meghan Markle backstage at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Invictus Games in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday.

But Prince Harry managed to sneak his way into the background of the girls’ selfie — much to the amusement of the singer, 46, and his wife, 43.

Furtado, wearing a fur coat over a green zip-up jacket and a black top, posed next to Markle, who had on a beige jacket.

The duo smiled at the camera as the former “Suits” star placed her hand on Furtado’s arm.

Harry, 40, suddenly walked across the room in a suit as he glared at the camera.

Furtado gave a shocked expression over Harry’s cameo as Markle looked back at her husband and laughed.

The video ended with Furtado giving a thumbs up and Markle blowing a kiss at the camera.

“They’re beautiful, that’s for sure 💞,” Furtado wrote in her caption, tagging Markle and the Invictus Games Foundation’s respective Instagram accounts.

Furtado, who was born in Victoria, British Columbia, sang a number of her hit songs, including “I’m Like a Bird,” as the first headliner of the Invictus Games opening ceremony over the weekend.

Katy Perry, Chris Martin and Noah Kahn also took the stage at BC Place in Vancouver.

The opening ceremony kicked off the seventh cycle of Harry’s international sporting event that celebrates wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans.

Harry was inspired to found the event in 2014 after returning from Afghanistan with injured allies and witnessing the US Armed Forces’ Warrior Games.

This year’s competition is running from Feb. 8 to Feb. 16.

On Friday, Harry and Markle both spoke at a welcome reception for athletes and their friends and families hours after they touched down in Canada.

During her unscripted speech, Markle said, “We are just thrilled to be here and I would be remiss if I didn’t take the opportunity to introduce someone who means a lot to me and I know means quite a lot to all of you.”

“I need you to know that, how much it means to him and how much each of you mean to him,” the mom of two continued, before she introduced her husband, who came out on stage and gave his wife a quick kiss.

The event marked the couple’s first official public appearance together in almost six months. Their last official joint outing was when they did their tour in Colombia in August. Since then, the Sussexes have been busy on separating outings, though they did step out together for wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles in January.

Their outing also came on the same day that President Donald Trump revealed he’s ruling out deporting Harry. Harry’s immigration status is currently the subject of litigation in Washington DC. The Heritage Foundation is alleging that he may have concealed past illegal drug use that should have disqualified him from obtaining a US visa. The exiled royal wrote of using marijuana, cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms in his “Spare” memoir, which hit shelves in Jan. 2023.

“I don’t want to do that,” Trump, 78, exclusively told the Post on Saturday. “I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”
