Hollywood’s new golden girl.

Nikki Glaser will reportedly be returning to host the Golden Globes in 2026 after her well-received performance emceeing Sunday’s ceremony.

Only a “global calamity” could stop the “Someday You’ll Die” comedian, 40, from a sophomore gig, according to Deadline.

The outlet also reported that Glaser would likely be returning to host in 2027 as part of an alleged three-year deal she signed at some point last year.

In recognition of her top marks headlining the 82nd annual Globes, Glaser’s payday is set to increase “significantly,” one insider told Deadline.

Glaser, who had a banner year in 2024, was rumored to have been paid “a bit more” than $400,000 for hosting Sunday’s show — a number lower than previous male hosts, such as Jerrod Carmichael, who had revealed he was paid $500,000 for the gig.

“There was a past host who said how much he got paid in his monologue and I got less than that, but that’s OK,” Glaser told Howard Stern on his Sirius XM show Monday.

Hinting that her redux was already in the bag, she added, “I’ll get more next year. I feel well paid for what I do. I’m alright.”

Golden Globes producers were swift to praise Glaser after her performance, also making it unofficially but officially clear that they wanted her back.

“We absolutely had a great experience with her, and think that she would be great at this in the long term,” executive producer Glenn Weiss told Variety.

When asked whether Glaser has been asked back, Weiss replied, “Perhaps!”

“I can’t talk officially for anything,” he went on. “I will say, as someone who produces and directs award shows, she really found her niche here, and I think it really worked out beautifully on this show. And I would love to see it continue.”

Fellow Globes EP Ricky Kirshner also praised Glaser.

“Nikki, in my mind, home run,” Weiss raved to Variety.

“She really prepared. She did her homework. She’s been practicing material at a clubs, sometimes four or five shows a night for a couple of weeks straight, working on this pretty hard since November.”

“And when you have a host that’s that prepared and that dedicated and also not tone deaf, listening to what’s going on in our business and even in the room on the fly, she’s really good at this,” he added. “And she proved herself to be a really good host.”

He continued, “Part of what the Globes are is it’s a party atmosphere. It’s not a traditional, stuffyish kind of environment. We do want to be loose, people in the audience do have access to alcohol, and it’s meant to be fun and a party.”

“Nikki, her whole tone and and her way of being is really in line with what this show is,” he explained. “And I think she really scored very well last night.”

And as for the alleged pay disparity between Glaser and past male hosts (Glaser is the first woman to host the awards ceremony solo), a source told Deadline, “More was invested this year in Nikki Glaser and her team than any previous host at the Golden Globes.”

That team allegedly included glam and writers to help her shine in every way possible.

“It was an investment in Nikki as a long term solo host,” the insider shared. “Worked out well for everyone, I’d say.”

For Glaser, though, hosting the Globes was never about money. She told Stern that she “would’ve done it for free.”
