King Charles III is officially attending church service on Easter Sunday.

The monarch, 75, who has been undergoing treatment for his cancer, is set to attend the Easter Mattins Service at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle later this week in honor of the Christian holiday.

Buckingham Palace confirmed on Tuesday that he will make an appearance alongside wife Queen Camilla and other members of the Firm.

The outing will be one of the king’s first public appearances since announcing the news of his illness in February.

However, Kate Middleton — who is currently dealing with her own cancer — and husband Prince William will not be walking alongside the royal family to church this year.

Despite Charles staying mostly behind closed doors as he recovers, it is still business as usual for him.

He has continued to attend his weekly meetings with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and has been working at his home office while recuperating.

As for the Princess of Wales, 42, she and William, 41, have decided to spend the holiday at their home in Anmer Hall on the Sandringham estate with their children — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

Middleton will not go back to her royal duties until her doctors have given her the green light.

“The princess will return to official duties when she is cleared to do so by her medical team,” a palace spokesperson told The Post on March 22 — the same day she announced her harrowing diagnosis.

“She is in good spirits and is focused on making a full recovery,” they added.

The Duchess of Cambridge gave a health update after months of staying out of the spotlight following her January abdominal surgery.

In a video statement, Middleton revealed cancer was found after her surgery. She has started preventative chemotherapy and is “now in the early stages of that treatment.”

“This, of course, came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to
process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family,” the princess continued.

“As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK.”

The future queen also insisted that she is “well and getting stronger every day.”
