Don’t mess with JoJo Siwa.
The “Dance Moms” alum, 22, kicked two fans out of her concert in Glasgow, Scotland on Oct. 1 for wearing a hoodie that showed Siwa photoshopped as an egg.
One of the fans, named Anjali on TikTok, spoke out after the incident and shared her side of the story.
“Me and my best friend were really looking forward to seeing JoJo originally as a joke but then she started really growing on us and I was genuinely really looking forward to seeing her since she seems pretty cool!!” the fan captioned her Oct. 1 TikTok video.
“We didn’t have any merch so we decided to just print off the first picture we saw and stick it to our clothes,” Anjali continued. “We didn’t look at the backstory behind it or know it would be a trigger for her, else we absolutely would not have done that. “None of it was with malicious intent.”
In her TikTok video, Anjali explained that she and her friend thought Siwa was “gonna laugh” at the hoodie and “find it really funny.”
“And she didn’t find it funny. She kicked us out,” the fan said, recalling that she called her mom while on the verge on having “a panic attack” over what happened.
I went out of the concert and the staff weren’t even looking at us,” Anjali also said. “We were trying to talk to them and they were just ignoring us. It wasn’t very fun.”
During Siwa’s Infinity Heart Tour stop in Glasgow last week, the “Celebrity Big Brother” alum was caught on video kicking the fans out of the venue as she showed off the offensive merch on stage.
“You’re not going to come to my concert and bring a hoodie making fun of me. No way! No way, man!” Siwa yelled in the microphone.
“Thank you for coming, I appreciate it! But we’ve only got room for infinity hearts in here, right?” she added, as the crowd cheered. “Not in my house, baby.”
Siwa has been open about being insecure over her hairline. In July, she was brought to tears after her boyfriend Chris Hughes told her she has a “really good hairline.”
“I’m drying my hair right now, and he goes, ‘You have a really good hairline.’ That’s the number one thing I was bullied for as a child,” Siwa said in a TikTok.
As Hughes handed Siwa a tissue to wipe her tears, he embraced her and told her: “I love you. You have a really good hairline, it’s got so much hair.”
