Uncle Jesse still has Aunt Becky’s back.

John Stamos is defending former “Full House” co-star Lori Loughlin amid her separation from Mossimo Giannulli after the estranged couple’s 2019 college admissions bribery scandal.

“40 years I’ve known her,” Stamos, 62, said of Loughlin, 61, during a new episode of the “Good Guys” podcast released on Monday.

“You can see through people after a few years,” he added. “This woman’s a saint. I’m just heartbroken for her right now.”

The “ER” alum, however, feels very differently about Giannulli, 62, and went on to blame the fashion designer for the scandal that left him and Loughlin locked up in federal prison five years ago.

“He’s a terrible narcissist,” Stamos charged, adding that Loughlin “put up with a lot over the years [with] this guy.”

“I really tried to be there for her during this time and also with the college scandal,” he continued. “I’m not going to debate whether she had much to do with it or not. I know she didn’t.”

The “When Calls the Heart” actress and her now-estranged husband were arrested in March 2019 and accused of paying $500,000 to get their daughters, Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27, accepted into the University of Southern California that year as fake rowing recruits.

Although the pair initially pleaded not guilty, they later pleaded guilty to charges of wire and mail fraud in May 2020.

Loughlin began her two-month prison sentence in Oct. 2020, while Mossimo was sentenced to five months in prison from Nov. 2020 to April 2021.

They were both subjected to two years of supervised release, as well as community service and a combined total of $400,000 in fines.

“She goes to f–king prison for this a–hole for three months, right?” Stamos reflected. “And he goes for whatever. And in typical Lori fashion, I said, ‘How was it?’ She goes, ‘You know, I met a lot of nice ladies in there. We have a book club.’”

“She didn’t deserve to be dragged through that. I know for a fact it was all him,” he added. “I don’t think Olivia wanted to go to college. I can’t speak for her, but it seems like she was doing great with her YouTube and [makeup tutorials].”

As for Loughlin and Mossimo’s recent separation after nearly 28 years of marriage, Stamos said his former onscreen wife is “just devastated.”

The Post confirmed on Oct. 2 that the “Fuller House” star and her husband had split.

Loughlin’s rep, Elizabeth Much, shared that “they are living apart and taking a break from their marriage,” although she added that “there are no legal proceedings at this time.”

“For a girl who has lived her life really well, is a good person, a good mother, a good wife. I know all this for a fact,” Stamos stated. “To be thrown into, now, this separation and exploding, blowing up her family this way. And I just hate to see her go through this.”

The “General Hospital” alum, meanwhile, refused to comment on rumors that Mossimo cheated on Loughlin.

Last week, an insider close to the former couple told Page Six that Loughlin left Mossimo after finding “incriminating” texts and emails on his phone.

“Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core,” Stamos shared.

The Post has reached out to Loughlin’s rep for comment.
