Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans are at war over their children.

The former couple faced off in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday for their years-long child support case.

The “102 Dalmatians” actors were seen arriving to the courthouse separately in photos taken by The Post.

Gruffudd, 51, arrived with his pregnant wife Bianca Wallace, whom he married in April. The “Fantastic Four” actor wore a dark blue suit and tie and light blue dress shirt.

Wallace, 32, showed off her baby bump while rocking a long navy blue dress and a small black jacket. She held Gruffudd’s hand as they walked into the courtroom together.

Meanwhile, Evans, 56, wore a black skirt and shirt and black sunglasses. She walked next to a woman who appeared to be one of her lawyers.

According to the Daily Mail, Gruffudd and Evans ignored each other during the court meeting. Gruffudd reportedly sat on the opposite side of the room from his ex-wife, while his current wife sat three rows behind him.

The hearing was intended to address Evans’ demands that Gruffudd increase her child and spousal support. The exes share daughters daughters Elsie, 11, and Ella, 15.

But after a 90-minute delay, the judge rescheduled the hearing for August 12 when a date will be set for the start of the trial, per the Daily Mail.

Gruffudd and Evans were married from 2007 to 2021. Despite finalizing their divorce in July 2023, the exes have continued to battle over child and spousal support. Days before the court hearing, Gruffudd and Wallace attended the LA premiere of “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” on July 21. The actor played Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in two of the franchise’s films.

In recent court documents obtained by People, Evans asked the court to increase Gruffudd’s child and spousal support payments from the $4,500 a month that he’s currently paying.

The “Lost” actress reportedly claimed that she and her daughters were evicted from their LA home because she couldn’t afford the $6,500 monthly rent.

Evans, per People, also alleged that she “burned through” her savings to pay for legal fees and living expenses. She claimed she had to borrow money from friends and set up a GoFundMe account to make ends meet.

In the court docs, Evans accused Gruffudd of being able to afford more in support.

In his legal response, the “Titanic” actor claimed Evans “purposely got herself evicted” and was “intentionally ceasing paying rent and instead taking the children on a vacation trip to Europe,” according to People.

Gruffudd stated that Evans’ motive was to “support her false public narrative of financial destitution in an attempt to further harm my reputation… as a fraudulent way to strong-arm me into paying more support than I can afford.”

In addition, Gruffudd reportedly claimed he’s received “dozens of stressed messages” from his children about Evans’ “false and manufactured claims of becoming homeless in the immediate future” that have left him “mortified.”

Gruffudd was ordered by a court in October to pay Evans $3,000 per month in child support and $1,500 per month in spousal support.

Evans currently has full custody of her daughters.
