Haley Joel Osment called a police officer an antisemitic slur and a βNaziβ when he was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance at a California ski resort earlier this month, as seen in bodycam footage obtained by The Post on Thursday.
The βSixth Senseβ star, 37, appeared belligerent and unable to keep his pants up as he struggled with police at Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., on Apr. 8.
Osmentβs ski pants were strangely unbuttoned, causing them to slide down his waistline as he was being handcuffed and placed under arrest.
At one point, he shouted, βIβve been kidnapped by a fβking Nazi.β He also claimed he was βbeing attackedβ and accused officers of βtorturing me.β
Cops repeatedly told the Oscar-nominated actor to cooperate, instructing him to βuse your legs and stand up.β
Osment refused to give officers his name at first βΒ stumbling around the question as they demanded to know his identity.
During the video, Osment said multiple times, βIβm an American,β to which one officer replied, βWell, youβre under arrest now.β
In the bodycam footage, police noted finding what they believed to be cocaine residue on money discovered with his room key in his ski helmet.
βI think thereβs cocaine in that,β one officer stated.
While in the back of the cop car and on the way to jail, Osment was heard telling police, βYouβre fβkinβ with my life.β
He was also caught on camera saying to officers, βYouβll wish you treated me nicer,β before hurling another slur at one of them.
βI was decent to you and you, and you are a fβking kβe,β Osment stated.
Β As he was being brought into the jail, the actor told cops, βGood luck.β
Several parts of the videoβs audio were redacted.
In response to the bodycam footage, Osment exclusively told The Post, βIβm absolutely horrified by my behavior. Had I known I used this disgraceful language in the throes of a blackout, I would have spoken up sooner.β
He also noted that his life has been rough the past few months after losing his home in the Altadena wildfire in January.
βThe past few months of loss and displacement have broken me down to a very low emotional place,β he continued. βBut thatβs no excuse for using this disgusting word. From the bottom of my heart, I apologize to absolutely everyone that this hurts. What came out of my mouth was nonsensical garbage β Iβve let the Jewish community down and it devastates me.β
Osment concluded, βI donβt ask for anyoneβs forgiveness, but I promise to atone for my terrible mistake.β
Law enforcement and ski patrol responded to a call shortly before 2 p.m. for an allegedly intoxicated person at Mammoth Mountain resort.
The Post obtained Osmentβs mugshot βΒ and he didnβt hold back.
The βBlink Twiceβ actor cheesed it up for the camera, smiling big like his days as a child star.
Osment didnβt stay in custody for long, as he was released shortly after his arrest βΒ but the district attorney for Mono County, Calif., moved forward with charges: possession of cocaine and disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol in public, both misdemeanors, per TMZ.
This isnβt the first time Osment has gotten in trouble with the law.
In 2006, when he was 18, the star was arrested after he overturned his carΒ and hit a mailbox in Los Angeles while intoxicated. Osment didnβt come out unscathed. He fractured a rib and injured his shoulder in the accident.
He pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana.
The actor was sentenced to three years probation and 60 hours of rehab, as well as six months of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Osment later spoke to The Post about his arrest, calling the incident a βreally, really serious lapse of judgment.β
