Want to maintain your Beautiful Soul? Jesse McCartney has some tips that might help.

The actor and singer-songwriter recently gave The Post an inside look at the health and wellness essentials that keep him feeling his best, whether at home or on the road.

And Just So You Know, not all of his must-haves will break the bank — in fact, one of McCartney’s top picks can be found at your local drugstore, and another may already be in your pantry.

Hot, cold, repeat

“When I have access, I love a cold plunge followed by the sauna,” said McCartney, who kicked off “The Weightless Tour” this fall and is also joining the Jonas Brothers on their tour as a special guest.

The practice of alternating between hot and cold temperatures, known as contrast therapy, has been used for centuries but is currently one of the buzziest trends in wellness.

While some of the benefits are anecdotal, there are studies showing that contrast therapy can improve blood circulation, reduce stress, soothe muscles, enhance sleep and speed recovery

McCartney, 38, first tried a cold plunge during a trip to Sweden for wife Katie Peterson’s birthday, where he “fell in love with it.”

“It’s such a reset for my body and voice — especially after long travel days or back-to-back shows,” the “Leavin’” singer said, noting that he often follows up with a sauna session to unwind at night.

Wellness essentials

Whether he’s at home in Los Angeles or traveling across the country, McCartney keeps a handful of wellness products within reach.

Tea is a big one,” he said. “I have a whole drawer of loose-leaf teas and love brewing something at night.”

After performances, the former teen idol relies on a massage gun to loosen sore muscles and keeps a humidifier by his bedside to help his voice recover.

“My allergies always flare up in the fall too — the dry air and all the leaves seem to set me off,” he explained.

“When my wife and baby come to join me on tour, sleep is already in short supply, so the last thing I need is sneezing fits on top of that,” he added.

While the humidifier helps, McCartney said there’s one product he never leaves home without: Zyrtec. The over-the-counter allergy medication has become a staple of his “daily routine” while on tour, and he’s teamed up with them for a new campaign.

“When I’m touring the country and getting exposed to different regional allergens, taking a Zyrtec at the onset of my symptoms gives me fast relief that allows me to perform my best on stage for my fans,” he said. “Having it on hand keeps my nose from running and my itchy throat at bay before I sing.”

Fitness without the fuss

McCartney keeps his fitness routine simple, logging miles on a stationary bike when he’s at home.

“On tour I prefer running outside,” he said. “It’s the best way to get to know a city and clear my head.”

Cardio isn’t just helpful for staying in shape — it also opens his lungs before a show. And because he keeps his allergies in check, he can enjoy a run anywhere, regardless of the climate or seasonal irritants.

Simple, smart nutrition

McCartney also sticks to a straightforward nutritional plan.

“I keep it pretty simple — no real supplements — but I always have a protein bar or jerky stick with me in case I’m in a time crunch,” he said.

“I try to get most of my nutrients from real food and stick to a healthy diet,” McCartney continued, though he admitted the “results are mixed sometimes.”

If he’s overindulged, like during the holidays, he’ll do a short juice fast to jump-start getting back on track.
