Tylor Chase is back on the streets.

The struggling β€œNed’s Declassified School Survival Guide” alum, 36, was expected to enter a rehab facility after being placed on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold last week.

However, the former Nickelodeon star was reportedly released from the hold before being able to get the help he needed.

β€œThey were supposed to hold him and then transport him to a detox facility that we had arranged,” former β€œMighty Ducks” star Shaun Weiss told TMZ on Monday. β€œInstead, they let him out without contacting any of us.”

Weiss and a Riverside resident named Jacob Harris have been major advocates of Chase ever since it was revealed that Chase was homeless and living on the streets of the Southern California city earlier this year.

Harris found Chase back on the streets of Riverside after his 72-hour hold last week, according to Weiss, and once again called a mental health crisis team to evaluate the troubled β€œNed’s Declassified” alum.

The crisis team was said to have once again determined that Chase was a danger to himself, and Weiss told the outlet that the homeless ex-Nickelodeon star was β€œsmoking meth during the evaluation with no shoes or jacket in the freezing cold.”

Despite determining that Chase was a danger to himself, the crisis team reportedly left him out on the street.

Weiss, who has been very open about his own battles with drug addiction, told TMZ that although he isn’t sure about what to do next regarding Chase, he’s been in touch with executive members of the Screen Actors Guild to hopefully get both a political rep and the county of Riverside to step in and help.

It was first revealed that Chase, who starred as Martin Qwerly in β€œNed’s Declassified” from 2004 to 2007, was living on the streets of Riverside and battling drug addiction via a TikTok clip shared in September.

The heartbreaking clip did not go viral until earlier this month, at which point fellow β€œNed’s Declassified” alum Daniel Curtis Lee found Chase and checked him into a hotel.

β€œTylor Chase and Cookie reunite with Ned on FaceTime. Well fed and safe from the rain. Hotel secured!” Lee, who starred as Simon β€œCookie” Nelson-Cook on the hit Nickelodeon show, wrote on Instagram alongside a since-deleted video of their reunion. β€œOne step closer to long term treatment.”

β€œI really believe we can get Tylor back on his feet and you know I’m super feeling it right now with the holiday season,” the β€œZeke and Luther” alum, 34, added. β€œHe’s on my heart often, on my mind often.”

Lee, however, returned to the platform hours later to reveal that Chase trashed the hotel room.

The former child star was then found digging around in the dirt behind a 7-Eleven by a Daily Mail reporter on Dec. 22.

After the reporter offered Chase food, he reportedly asked for marijuana instead before claiming that he gets β€œProzac, Adderall, Sudafed, Wellbutrin or also Zoloft” from a psychiatrist.

More recently, Harris took to Instagram on Christmas Day to confirm that Chase was admitted into a hospital to detox for drugs.

β€œWe finally got Tylor the help he needed,” Harris, who owns Shipwreck Barbershop in Riverside, shared at the time. β€œHe’s currently receiving medical attention to get him healthy, to get him all better.”

But Chase was back on the streets just a few days later.
