Bruce Willis is a die-hard family man.
The actor first tied the knot to Demi Moore in 1987 before the then-couple welcomed three daughters: Rumer, 37, Scout, 34, and Tallulah, 31.
Willis and Moore, 62, divorced in 2000 but have stayed tight-knit over the years.
The “Die Hard” alum even attended the “Substance” star’s wedding to Ashton Kutcher in 2005. The pair split in 2011.
Moore returned the favor and was a guest at Willis’ 2009 wedding to his now-wife Emma Heming Willis.
Willis and Emma, 47, share daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11.
The “Wire Room” vet’s family has become even closer since Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022.
Less than a year later, Emma, Mabel, Evelyn, along with Moore, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah publicly shared that he was suffering from frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
“Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis,” the message posted to Instagram read. “In the spirit of that, we wanted to give you an update about our beloved husband, father and friend since we now have a deeper understanding of what he is experiencing.”

Demi Moore
Willis and Moore first met during a screening of the 1987 film “Stakeout.”
The “Moonlight” alum attended the movie with her then-fiancé, Emilio Estevez.
The pair called off their engagement shortly after, and Moore and Willis soon struck up a romance.
At the time, Moore said Willis was “just so ready to embrace and give me love.”
By November of that year, the lovebirds tied the knot.
Willis and Moore first married in Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget hotel before getting married in a ceremony surrounded by friends and family and officiated by Little Richard.
During their marriage, the celebrities shared the screen for the first time in the 1991 thriller “Mortal Thoughts.”
“It was nice,” Moore told the Baltimore Sun, “considering that we have never actually worked together. It was really an ideal situation for him. It also gave him a chance to do a different kind of role. It was a great way for us to work together. It was good for us on a lot of levels.”
However, by 1998, the two split but remained a united front, even taking a family trip to Paris with their daughters.
Following the breakup, Willis told Rolling Stone in 2000, “I still love Demi. We’re very close. We have three children whom we will continue to raise together, and we’re probably as close now as we ever were. We realize we have a lifelong commitment to our kids. Our friendship continues. The institution has been set aside.”
By 2003, Moore met Kutcher, 47, at a dinner party, and they began dating.
Two years later, they married at their Beverly Hills home. Six years later, Moore and Kutcher announced their separation. They finalized their divorce in November 2013.
Speaking to W Magazine in 2009, Willis made it clear he and Moore would always be family.
“We’ve become like a tribe,” explained the actor. “It’s generated a lot of interest because everyone can understand resentment and envy in the breakup of a marriage, but they don’t understand how I can get along with my ex like that. Demi and I made a choice to put the kids first, and we’re really lucky that it turns out we all have fun together.”
Willis added, “I still love her, and I have a lot of respect for how she lives her life.”
Rumer Willis
Bruce and Moore welcomed their eldest daughter, Rumer, in 1988.
The 37-year-old has followed in her parents’ footsteps, making her acting debut with Moore in the 1995 film “Now and Then.”
Over the years, Rumer has continued to perform on television and film. She also starred on Broadway as Roxie Hart in “Chicago” in 2015.
Rumer started dating Derek Richard Thomas in 2020, and the two welcomed daughter Louetta in 2023.
However, in 2024, the pair split.
“I am single momming it and coparenting,” she shared on Instagram at the time.
This past Father’s Day 2025, Rumer penned a touching tribute to her dad amid his health struggles.
“Today is hard, I feel a deep ache in my chest to talk to you and tell you everything I’m doing and what’s going on in my life,” she said on Instagram. “To hug you and ask you about life and your stories and struggles and successes. I wish I asked you more questions while you could still tell me about it all.”
“But I know you wouldn’t want me to be sad today,” Rumer went on, “so I’ll try to just be grateful reminding myself how lucky I am that you’re my dad and that you’re still with me and I can still hold you and hug you and kiss your cheek and rub your head I can tell you stories.”
Scout Willis
Scout Willis was born in 1991.
The middle daughter of Willis and Moore’s three girls graduated from Brown University in 2013 and has pursued music ever since.
Scout released her self-titled debut album in 2022 and has continued to drop music over the years.
She released her single “Take Me” in 2024.
In March 2025, Scout wished her dad a very happy 70th birthday.

Tallulah Willis
Tallulah was born in 1994 and starred in movies shortly after.
She appeared in 1995’s “The Scarlet Letter” with Moore and 2001’s “Bandits” and 2004’s “The Whole Ten Yards” with Willis.
Tallulah later started the clothing brand Wyllis. Tallulah has been engaged to musician Justin Acee since December 2024.
In March 2024, the entrepreneur revealed she was diagnosed with autism.
“Found out this summer and it’s changed my life,” Tallulah shared on social media, calling herself “neurospicy” in a second comment.
The star has also opened up about her “messy” recovery from anorexia.
“I’m having an intens [sic] moment of romanticizing unhealthy times and how it felt to move through the day in that size body,” she expressed in 2024. “Just wanted to voice it because I know (hope) I’m not alone.”
Emma Heming Willis
Willis and Emma first met at their mutual trainer’s gym.
The couple tied the knot in 2009 and welcomed Mabel Ray in 2012 and Evelyn Penn in 2014.
Over the years, the couple has shared a look into their love story.
“When we first met, I was surprised at how charming and how funny he was – and extremely handsome,” Emma told People about their first encounter in 2007.
At the time, Willis added, “I was already in love with her.”
In December 2024, Emma gushed over her husband on their anniversary.

In September 2025, Emma opened up about Willis’ current state amid his health battle. She revealed she made the “heartbreaking” decision to move the actor into a second home.
“It was the hardest thing,” Emma told People. “We have two young children, and it was just important that they had a home that supported their needs and that Bruce could have a place that supported his needs.”
She added, “The kids can have playdates and sleepovers and not have to walk around tiptoeing.”

Mabel Willis
Mabel was born to Emma and Willis in 2012.
In April 2024, Emma shared a sweet post for her eldest daughter’s birthday.
“All that is you, Mabel Ray. Happy 12th Birthday. Keep shining bright ⭐️☀️⭐️,” she gushed.
Evelyn Willis
Evelyn was born two years after her sister, in 2014, making her Willis’ fifth daughter.
Emma shared a sweet moment of herself and her girls enjoying summer in July 2025.
“The Getty gave us art, stunning gardens, sunshine, and the perfect spot for a picnic. Grateful for this slow Sunday with the girls 🖼️✨🤍,” she said on Instagram.
