This moment was really, really, ridiculously cool.

Ben Stiller shared that working with David Bowie on the 2001 comedy “Zoolander,” is a highlight in his career.

“Having worked with so many different people over the years, it’s really one of the high points to have had that time with him,” the actor, 60, told Entertainment Weekly. “He was incredibly generous, incredibly classy — everybody on set was in awe.”

Bowie, who died in 2016, had a cameo in the movie, which followed the life of an air-head male model Derek Zoolander (Stiller).

The singer played himself and was a judge in a runway “walk-off” between Derek and fellow model Hansel McDonald (Owen Wilson).

“When he said yes to doing it, I couldn’t believe he said yes,” Stiller continued. “But he had a great sense of humor and was incredibly self-deprecating, and I feel really, really fortunate that I got to spend a little time with him.”

Along with having a minor part, Bowie’s appearance gave the project a leg up.

“He gave our movie so much credibility by being in that scene,” Stiller admitted. “So it’s been a high point in my career to be able to have that time with him, for sure.”

These days, fans are patiently awaiting Stiller’s “Meet the Parents” sequel “Focker In-Law.”

“Meet the Parents,” debuted in 2000 and also starred Robert De Niro, Teri Polo, Nicole DeHuff, Blythe Danner, Owen Wilson, Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand.

The rom-com “Meet the Fockers” premiered in 2004, followed by “Little Fockers” in 2010.

Now, “Focker In-Law” is adding a fresh face to the cast: Ariana Grande.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the son of Stiller and Polo’s characters gets engaged to a big-personality woman played by the pop star, 32.

Alongside Stiller and Polo, 56, also confirmed to reprise their roles are De Niro, 82, Wilson, 57, and Danner, 83.

“It was great to have her energy coming into this franchise that has been around a long time, and we hadn’t done for a very long time,” Stiller gushed to EW. “She’s incredibly professional, and watching her on SNL, she knows comedy, and she was just a joy to work with. I had a blast working with her, and I think what she brought to the movie is just a very, very new sensibility that also felt very much like it worked within the tone of the movie.”

In June, Streisand, 83, said she was so “pissed off” about her “Meet the Fockers” and “Little Fockers” paychecks that she may never return to the franchise.

“Oh my God,” she told Variety. “They’d have to pay me a lot of money because I didn’t get paid what the other people got paid, and so I’m pissed off.”

Back in 2011, sources told Page Six that Stiller and De Niro each banked $20 million for “Little Fockers,” Wilson took home $15 million, and Hoffman was paid $7.5 million.

Streisand made just $7 million.

“I was in the time when women were getting paid less than the men,” the actress said. “The head of Universal was Ron Meyer at the time, and he actually sent me a bonus check. It was very sweet.”

In the “Meet the Parents” sequels, Streisand portrayed Rozalin Focker, the eccentric mom of Stiller’s character Greg and the wife of Hoffman’s Bernie. The couple often butted heads with retired CIA agent Jack (De Niro) and his wife Dina (Danner).

When informed by Variety that Grande was joining the family, Streisand responded, “You’re kidding.”
